Fourth, the game time, place:


Date of competition: December 2 to 4, 2016


Venue: Century Hotel Taoyuan Wuyishan


V. Competition Project:


Team competition: A, B, and open groups;


Sixth, the competition method:


(1) 12 teams in the finals of the Class A: They consist of the top 8 in the 2015 finals, the third team to be promoted to the third team, and the provincial bridge committee designation team.


(b) Twelve teams from the second level promotion: They consist of the first-level relegation of the 4th Team and the first 8 teams of the Second-grade from the 2015 Finals.


(c) Openly contest 16 teams: Free to team up until they are full.


VII. Competition Methods:


(A) Competition Methods
1. A-level finals: Two-round race, divided into two phases. A grade four drops, grade B rose three (reserve the next contractor a Class A places).


The first stage: the round robin, 11 rounds, 8 cards per game, arranged in the previous session.
The second stage: Round robin, 11 rounds, 8 cards per game, ranked in the first stage VP points.
If the difference between the first round of VP points is greater than 20 VP or the last point score is greater than 20 VP, the last round of competition will not be played. The squadrons take the maximum value according to the relevant regulations.
2. Class B promotion: Same as Class A in two stages. Class B rose three, dropped four.


    3, open contending race: the first three promotion class B. The competition is divided into two stages. The first stage will be a round robin based on the registration status. Each round will be divided into 8 rounds. The VP points will be used to rank and the top 8 will enter the elimination round. The second stage will be the knockout round and the Swiss shift. The specific method is determined according to the number of registration teams.


 (b) Adopting the "Chinese Bridge Race Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.


(3) The athlete must bring the contract card when playing in the game.


(D) About the brown bidding system and psychological tactical bidding: The brown bidding system competition is prohibited. Psychological tactics are forbidden to use during preliminarily staged competitions. Classes A and B and open competitions in the final stage allow each pair to compete in each round.


Eight, registration methods:


(1) Athletes must be registered bridge enthusiasts of the Fujian Bridge Association. Athlete registration qualification is based on registered 2016.


(2) All bridge lovers who work and study in Fujian Province can participate in the competition (each team can allow up to 2 foreign players or professional players to participate).


(C) Registration fee: 800 yuan/team, paid before the game.


Nine, admission rankings and incentives: Awards and certificates are awarded to those who receive awards.


(1) The top 6 and the last 4 teams in the A-level finals were reduced to the B-level team.


The first place is 8,000 yuan, the second place is 6,000 yuan, and the third place is 4,000 yuan.


The fourth place is 3,000 yuan, the fifth place is 2,000 yuan, and the sixth place is 1,000 yuan.


(2) The top 6 teams in the second class promotion and the top three teams were promoted to the top four teams and then the four teams were reduced to the open team.


The first place is 4,000 yuan, the second place is 3,000 yuan, and the third place is 2,000 yuan.


The fourth place is 1,000 yuan, the fifth place is 800 yuan, and the sixth place is 600 yuan.


(3) The top four winners of the open competition and the top three teams are promoted to the second level team.


The first place is 2,000 yuan, the second place is 1,500 yuan, and the third place is 1,000 yuan.


The fourth place is 800 yuan.


(d) Open top four Swiss Rewards awards.


The first place is 1,000 yuan, the second place is 800 yuan, and the third place is 600 yuan.


The fourth place is 500 yuan.


(e) The second round of the open group of the Swiss Open in the second round of the Open Group wins a prize of 200 yuan; if the draw is equal, the two sides will each receive 100 yuan;


(6) According to regulations, the masters of the China Bridge Association will be awarded.


X. Registration and Registration:


(a) Registration:


With immediate effect from the date of registration, Classes A and B will be filled if they are absent;

(b) The list of the previous A and B teams is as follows:


A-level team: Quanzhou Fengda, Provincial Safety Team, Xiamen Special House, Xiamen Shanyu, Ningde Team, Longyan Team, Wuyishan Yichen, Provincial Bridge Team, Gongtai Tea Team, Windy City, Provincial Transport Hall team and contractor team (Sanming team).


B team: Booz Software Team, Huaxing Technology Team, Ocean Three, Gongtai Tea Red Team, Putian Team, Longyan Team 2, Xiamen Yiyi, Ningde Team 2, Xiamen Zhongkun, Scouts - Haoxiang Stone Industry, Fuzhou Youqiao Team and Jianjin Bridge Friend.


A and B teams must have at least 3 teams from the original team to retain their qualifications. If you are unable to participate in the A and B teams, the vacated places will be filled in accordance with the results of the 2015 finals.


(3) Delegations are required to report to Century Garden Hotel, Wuyishan on December 1st. (Location: near Wuyishan Airport, route: Wuyishan North Station by high-speed line 7 and 9, direct bus, such as a taxi by about 35 yuan), standard room 120 yuan / day (including breakfast), lunch arranged by the General Assembly, 120 Yuan/person (three days), paid in a unified manner when reporting.


(4) After the research and decision of the General Assembly, Class A teams uniformly subsidize 3,000 yuan/team, Class B teams uniformly subsidize 1,000 yuan/team, and open groups take care of themselves.


(5) No change shall be made to the entries for this competition. If the athletes participating in this competition are unable to participate in the competition because of special circumstances, they may make changes before November 20 after being approved by the organizing committee according to the project regulations. If the participating unit abstains from the right to participate in the project for no reason, the unit will lose the right to participate in the next Bridge Finals project and reserves the right to further penalties.


Eleventh, the uncompleted matters will be notified separately.


XII. The authority for interpretation and revision of this regulation belongs to the organizing committee of the current sports meeting.
