Competition regulations
 
First, time and place
 


May 5, 2018 was held on the second floor (Petrochina Garden) of Sibin Community, Jiangyou City.
 


Second, the organizer
 


1. Organizer: Sichuan Social Sports Guidance Center, Sichuan Bridge Association

Third, the competition method
 


1. All street agencies, neighborhood committees, and communities in this Municipality's jurisdiction can register to participate. However, they must be accompanied by a list of newspapers in their streets and communities stamped with official seals. Otherwise, they cannot participate in the competition.
 


2. The entrants are responsible for the safety and qualification of all participants.
 


3. No registration fee will be charged for this event, but other entry fees will be borne by each team.
 


Fourth, the competition project
 


1. Open team competition;
 


2, open double game.
 


V. Competition Methods
 


1, double game. Perform 6 rounds of Swiss-made matches, playing 6 decks per round, ranking each pair of VP points.
 


2. Team competitions: The two players with the best score in the competition will be ranked in the ranking.
 


3. All participating players must bring their own <customer card> into the game.
 


4. The competition implements the 2013 China Bridge Race Rules and the Supplementary Rules for the China Bridge Race Rules (2017) approved by the China Bridge Association.
 


Sixth, rankings and rewards
 


1. 8 awards will be given to the team competition;
 


2. The first six players will be honored for the doubles match;
 


3. Participants are sent to the competition commemorative prize;
 


4. According to the "China Bridge Association Technical Grade Standards for Members", the winning team / the non-paid individual members of the China Bridge Association will be awarded the Master of China Bridge Association.
 


5, sports morality fashion awards: the selection method is set separately.
 


VII. Registration and Registration
 


(a) Registration
 


1. Each participating organization must submit the list of reports and electronic documents to the Jiangyou Bridge Association before May 2.
 


2. This competition opened an online registration channel in China Bridge Network.

(3) Report
 


1. All participating teams must contact the division before 18:00 on May 4th to confirm the competition. Unconfirmed teams will be treated as abstentions. Cancellation will no longer be arranged.
 


2. All participating teams must report to Jiangyou Stadium by 8:30 on May 5.
 


7. The chief of the competition, the chief of record, the director of licensing, and the chief of information technology shall be sent by the Shiqiao Association.
 


8. The competition shall be set up with an arbitration committee. The members of the Central Committee shall be appointed by Shiqiao.
