China Bridge Report-- Lishui 2018 National Bridge Championship began


On May 4, the China Lishui 2018 National Bridge Championship sponsored by the China Bridge Association opened in Lishui Sports Center Gymnasium, Lishui, Zhejiang Province. The competition was organized by Zhejiang Huanglong Sports Center, Zhejiang Bridge Association, Lishui Sports Bureau, Zhejiang Huanglong Sports Development Co., Ltd., and Lishui City Stadium Management Center.


There are 13 projects including public groups, women's groups, and mixed groups. On the first day of the open doubles and women's doubles, there were 134 pairs of public pairs and 34 pairs of women's doubles. In the three stages of the public doubles preliminaries, semi-finals and finals, 64 pairs of players entered the semi-finals at the end of the preliminaries, and 24 pairs entered the finals at the end of the semi-finals. The women's doubles preliminaries and finals were in two stages. After the preliminaries, 16 players entered the finals.


On May 5, the IMP doubles opened.
