Competition regulations
 
First, organize the unit
1. Organizer: Sichuan Provincial Social Sports Guidance Center.
2. Undertaker: Mianyang Bridge Association Jiangyou Bridge Association.
3. Co-organizer: Weibin Community, Jiangyou City
Second, the competition date and place
July 31, 2016 was held on the second floor of Weibin Community, Jiangyou City (Petrochina Garden).
Third, the competition items and methods
1, double game. Perform 6 rounds of Swiss-made matches, playing 6 decks per round, ranking each pair of VP points.
2. Team competitions: The two players with the best score in the competition will be ranked in the ranking.
3. All participating players must bring this game to participate in the competition.
4. The competition implements the 2013 China Bridge Race Rules and the Supplementary Rules of the China Bridge Race Rules (2016) approved by the China Bridge Association.
IV. Placement and Awards
1. 8 awards will be given to the team competition;
2. The first six players will be honored for the doubles match;
3. Participants are sent to the competition commemorative prize;
4. According to the “China Bridge Association Technical Grade Standards for Members”, the individual members of the Chinese Bridge Association of the winning team are awarded masters of the China Bridge Association.
5, sports morality fashion awards: the selection method is set separately.
V. Entry Methods
1. All street agencies, neighborhood committees, and communities in this Municipality's jurisdiction can register to participate. However, when registering, it must be accompanied by a list of newspapers in the streets and communities that are affixed with official seals. Otherwise, they cannot participate in the competition.
2. The entrants are responsible for the safety and qualification of all participants.
3. The registration fee will not be charged for this event, but other entry fees will be borne by the teams themselves.

(a) Registration
1. Each participating unit must submit the list of reports and electronic documents to the Jiangyou Bridge Association before July 28.
2. This competition opened an online registration channel in China Bridge Network.

(3) Report
1. All participating teams must contact the competition area before 18:00 on July 30th to confirm the competition. Unrecognized teams will be treated as abstentions. Cancellation will no longer be arranged.
2. All participating teams must report to the stadium (Petrochina Garden) on the second floor of Weibin Community, Jiangyou City before 8:30 on July 31.
7. The chief of the competition, the chief of record, the director of licensing, and the chief of information technology shall be sent by the Shiqiao Association.
8. The competition shall be set up with an arbitration committee. The members of the Central Committee shall be appointed by Shiqiao.
