I. Date and place of competition
Time: Saturday, July 2nd, 2016 9:00-18:00
Location: Beijing Postal Research Institute of Design, 25 South Sanhuan East Road, Fengtai District, Beijing (Metro Liujiayao Station)

Fourth, registration method
1. This competition is free of registration fees
2. All Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications alumni can apply, each team 4-6 people, in principle, at least one partner of each pair is Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications alumni, limited to 20 teams, according to the order of registration, the amount is full.
3. Registration Deadline: June 30, 2016

V. Competition Methods
1. The competition will use the Swiss Revolving Team Competition. There will be a total of five rounds. Each round will be played with 10 decks. The World Bridge 20:0VP conversion table will be used to determine the total number of VP points.
2. The 20 teams enrolled in the competition will draw lots at the scene to determine the first round of opponents, and follow-up matches will be arranged according to cumulative VP.
3. You must not use the yellow bidding system. You must not use artificially weird appointments (forbidden to hold a very weak card for arguing or responding, or prohibit opening for any type of card), and you must not use brown conventions. The game is not allowed to use psychological calling. Non-natural items to be prompted.
4. The competition implements the 2013 "Chinese Bridge Rules"

VIII. Competition Discipline
1. Pay attention to civility and courtesy. Secret agreements and other cheating are strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to change points, release water and other unethical acts!
2. During the competition, it is forbidden for the players and spectators to use mobile phones. Players and spectators will need to turn off the phone when they enter the stadium!
3. The audience (including team leaders and coaches) must not move around to see the cards. Spectators must not talk to the players and must not interfere with the players in any way.
4. If the squadron leaves the seat, he must obtain the consent of the referee, and should go hand in hand with the opponent at the same table.
5. No smoking! Do not drink alcoholic beverages!
6. Closed rooms must not be admitted! Each player in the closed room of each table can hold a scoring table after the match to end the knot and wait for the points to be scored.
