1. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules" and the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules Supplementary Provisions (2016)" that were approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
Second, the game program
(a) The qualifications for the competition, team competition methods, etc. shall be performed in accordance with the competition rules.
(b) The use of the yellow system and brown conventions is prohibited in all competitions.
(c) psychological call: All games are prohibited from using psychological call.
(D) The game uses electronic information collection equipment scoring. Athletes must enter their respective membership numbers before they can play.
(5) Each player must bring the paired Chinese appointment card (which can have the bridge-specific English symbol) to participate in the competition. If he does not carry the Chinese appointment card, he shall perform according to Article 54 Clause 9 of the Rules.
(6) The use of bid cards, pushes, and screens for the game. The North family is responsible for the collection of cards, the West is responsible for the opening and closing of the screen window, and the North and South families are responsible for pushing.

The following types of bids should remind:

(1) When a reminder is required, the athlete must immediately remind the opponent on the same side of the screen that when the push plate reaches the other side, his companion must also remind the opponent on the same side of the screen. The reminder places the reminder card on top of his last calling card in the bidding column of the opponent on the same side of the upper screen; the reminder informs that the reminder has been received by returning the reminder card to the opponent. Reminders must not make reminders in other ways or across the screen.
(2) The reminder was not given in accordance with the prescribed method. If the other party indicated that it had not been reminded, it was deemed that no reminder was given.
(3) When using unusual conventions, users should make special reminders and take the initiative to explain.

Third, the competition time limit
(1) Time limit for playing: All athletes must be seated 5 minutes before the start time of the competition to prepare for the match.
(b) Competition time limit: 12 cards 90 minutes; 6 45 minutes.
(c) After the time specified in each round of the scheduled game expires, all cards that have not been opened will be cancelled. Opened cards are allowed to be played within 5 minutes of the time of the match. If the time exceeds the specified time, the time limit will be exceeded.
Fourth, the determination of the same sub-ranking
The determination of the same rank in all matches is carried out in accordance with Article 46 of the Rules.
V. Contest Discipline and Etiquette Requirements
During the competition, all participants must comply with (but not limited to) the following requirements. If there are any violations, they will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
(1) Strict implementation of the rules concerning competition discipline in the “Bridge Competition Management Measures (Trial)” issued by the State Sports General Administration.
(2) Regardless of the reasons, if the player withdraws from the competition (including the right to be abstained from voting), the relevant provisions of the Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Race Rules (2016) shall be implemented.
(3) Respecting opponents, respecting peers, respecting referees, and not showing impolite language or behavior in the course of a competition. If there is a violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 3 of the Rules.
(4) Mobile communication tools may not be opened in the stadium. If there is any violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 45, paragraph 4.
(e) Smoking is prohibited in the area near the stadium, in the bathroom and in the vicinity of the stadium. If there is any violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 5.
(6) After drinking alcohol, it shall not enter the stadium, and alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed at the venue. If there is any violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 6.
(7) If you need to leave your seat during the competition, you must obtain the consent of the referee and go hand in hand with the opposing player (or the person designated by the referee). If there is any violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 7.
(8) After the end of each round of competitions, the team members shall place the bidding card of the current position neatly back into the bid box, and the recorder/notepad plate shall be placed on the table (or coffee table); the north and south team members shall be responsible for Position the push plate on the table in the correct orientation. If there is a violation, the first warning will be issued. The second game will be used to deduct the relevant team 0.5 VP. Repeated or severe violations of the provisions of this article will be subject to further penalties, the decision of the Organizing Committee.
Sixth, regarding the appeal
(1) The competition shall set up an arbitration committee to accept the complaints of each team. The contestants may appeal any decision made by the referee at his match table and must submit the appeal after the team leader agrees.
(2) All complaints must be submitted to the referee within 15 minutes after the end of the festival (round) match's stipulated time (if the referee requests otherwise, he/she shall be executed at the request of the referee), and perform the appeal procedure according to Article 56 of the rules.
(3) The appeal fee is RMB 200 yuan each time. When the Arbitration Commission determines that it is a reasonable complaint, the appeal fee will be refunded; otherwise, the appeal fee will not be returned and it will be dealt with by the Competition Commission.
Team Rules
First, the competition method
Perform the competition method as defined in <Regulations>.
Second, arrange
(a) Serial number of each team
Each team's serial number is decided by lot. The drawing of the ballots is conducted by a referee leader and a choreographer. In the first round, the game will be played in the form of 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, etc. The subsequent game will be arranged in accordance with Article 17 of the <Rules>. If the team is singular, there will be a turnaround team, and the turnaround team will score 12VP.
(b) The host and visiting team:
1. It is decided by the referee leader.

There is no seat selection right for each team in the competition and the method of direct seat is adopted. There is no need to fill out the exit list.

First, the yellow system - highly used system, refers to any of the following systems:
1. The non-call at the open position means that there is at least the first-order open call power, even though it may include a weak hand. A weak hand refers to a hand whose big point is lower than the average hand strength.
2. First-order opening can be weaker than not calling.
3, first-order opening can be lower than the average power of a K. Average card power refers to a card with 10 major points and no card value.
4. First-order opening means that a particular suit is a long sleeve or a short sleeve. Long sleeve means three or more, and short sleeve means two or less.
5. A first-order opener indicates that a particular suit or another suit is a long suit.
Second, the brown contract is called:
(a) The following conventions are called brown conventions:
1. Any opening of 2 to 3 spades indicates that it may be a weak hand, and at least 4 of the known suits are not explicitly assigned to the weaker hand.
*But the following opening is not a brown convention:
A second-order, low-flowering opener, indicates a high-performing weak second opening, regardless of whether there is a strong card option (16 big points or more). However, opponents can consult written prepared defenses during the game.
*: A 2 to 3 spades opener. All of its weak cards indicate a known suit of at least 4 cards. A strong card shows at least one K more than the average. It is not a brown contract.
2. For a one-on-one open set of natural contending, it is not clear to specify at least four of the known suits. But the following disputes do not belong to the brown convention:
(1) Naturally there is no contention.
(2) Deduction shows strong cards. A strong hand is a hand whose big point is at least one K above the average hand.
(3) For the opponent's known jump color, ask the partner to call 3NT when the suit has a stop.
3. Any second- or third-order weak two-set bids can have only 3 or less in one suit.
