Supplementary Provisions
1. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules" and the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules Supplementary Provisions (2016)" that were approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
Second, the competition method
Perform competition rules and regulations. If the team is singular, there will be a turnaround team, and the turnaround team will score 12VP.
Third, serial number and game layout
(1) Competition number:
The serial number of each team is decided by random electronic lottery by the head of information technology under the supervision of the referee.
(b) The host and visiting team:
1. When the odd-numbered round meets the two teams, the small team is the main team, and the double-numbered team meets the main team with the big team number.

There is no seat selection right for each team and direct seats are used.

The partner must be composed of a male athlete and a female athlete. Female athletes sit in either the East or the South and male athletes sit in the West or the North.
Fourth, the game program

(2) Each competitor must bring the paired Chinese "Commitment Card" (which can include the exclusive English symbol for the bridge) to participate in the competition.
(3) It is prohibited to use psychological calls.
(d) Use pre-made computer cards for competition.
(V) Use electronic information collection equipment for scoring, and Nanjiao is responsible for entry. West House is responsible for recording paper score sheets.
(6) When playing time:
1. Time limit for playing: All players must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the game to prepare for the game.
2. Competition time limit:
12 decks: 1 hour 30 minutes
3. If there is a late arrival or a timeout, a penalty shall be imposed according to the provisions of the “Chinese Bridge Race Rules”.
Fifth, the same number of points when the decision method
When the VPs are the same, they shall be ranked in accordance with Article 46, paragraph 3 of the "Chinese Bridge Race Rules".
Six, competition discipline and etiquette requirements
During the competition, the participants must abide by the requirements set out in the “Chinese Bridge Race Rules”. If there is any violation, they will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
VII. Appeals
(a) The competition shall set up an arbitration committee to accept complaints from each team.
(2) All complaints must be submitted to the referee within 30 minutes after the official score of the round is announced (when the referee has requested otherwise, it shall be performed at the request of the referee), and the appeal procedures shall be performed as required. The appeal fee is RMB 200 each time.
 
Attachments: Description of yellow system and brown conventions
First, the yellow system - highly used system, refers to any of the following systems:
1. The non-say at the open position indicates that there is at least the usual first-order open call power even though it may include a weak hand. A weak hand refers to a hand whose big point is lower than the average hand strength.
2. First-order opening can be weaker than not calling.
3. The first-order opening can be lower than the average power by one K. Average card power refers to a card with 10 major points and no card value.
4. A first-order opener indicates that a particular suit is a long sleeve or a short sleeve. Long sleeve means three or more, and short sleeve means two or less.
5. First-order opening means that a particular suit or another suit is a long sleeve.
Second, the brown contract is called:
(a) The following conventions are called brown conventions:
1. Any opening of 2 to 3 spades indicates that they may be weak and weak cards do not explicitly specify at least 4 of a known suit. *But the following opening is not a brown convention:
A second-order, low-flowering opener, indicates a high-performing weak second opening, regardless of whether there is a strong card option (16 big points or more). However, opponents can consult written prepared defenses during the game.
*: A 2 to 3 spades opener. All of its weak cards indicate a known suit of at least 4 cards. A strong card shows at least one K more than the average. It is not a brown contract.
2. There is no clear designation of at least four known suits for the natural first-order single opening bid. But the following disputes do not belong to the brown convention:
(1) Naturally there is no contention.
(2) Deduction shows strong cards. A strong hand is a hand whose big point is at least one K above the average hand.
(3) For the opponent's known jump color, ask the partner to call 3NT when the suit has a stop.
3. Any second- or third-order weak two-set bid may have only 3 or less in one suit.
4. The psychological protection of system protection or system requirements. The frequency of occurrence is sufficient to make the bidder's companion know that there may be a major distorted bid, a bid based on the peer-to-peer agreement, and not a psychological call.
(b) Athletes using the brown convention must indicate brown in the system classification column.
(c) A contractual struggle against a forced artificial open, brown or yellow system is not a brown convention.
(4) It may not be possible to use less than 8 major points and there is no further description.
