Fourth, the date and place of the game


1, the game time: July 22-25, 2016


2. Venue: Shandong University


V. Contests: Public Class A Team, Women's Class A Team, Open Class A Doubles, Women's Class A Doubles, Open Class B Teams, Women's Class B Teams, Open Class B Doubles, Women's Class B Doubles.


    The A and B teams are in principle divided by the results of the 2015 National Undergraduate Bridge Championships. The top 24 in the open group and the top 16 in the women's group are set to be A. In 2016, it was the first time to establish A and B teams. Therefore, if a school with a Class A qualification did not register, the number of teams in Grade A will be relegated to the above criteria in 2015 rankings; the Class A team has not registered since 2017 Directly degraded, no longer recursive.


6. Participation Measures: The education departments of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government (Education Committee) and college students (students) are responsible for the registration work in the region.


(1) Registration: All members and institutions of the China University Student Sports Association Bridge Club can apply to participate.


(b) Entry conditions:


    1. The participating athletes must follow the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education regarding the national college entrance examinations and admission requirements, and must be examined and admitted by the college admissions committee (office) where the candidates are located, and full-time undergraduate students and postgraduates with full student status.


    2. The participating athletes must pass the examination of the cultural class and abide by all relevant regulations of the school and are in good health.


    3. All athletes participating in the competition must be formally registered with the Joint Secretariat of the Students' Sports Association of the Ministry of Education and must obtain the "Registration Card for Chinese University Athletes" after review.


    4. Athletes must be under 28 (born after January 1, 1988)


(c) Participation methods:


    1. All participating in the competition must be teamed up with the students of this school and must not organize teams across schools. In the team competition, each team in the school shall report one team and the women team shall report one team; each school shall have a newspaper leader, one coach, one 1-2 people, and an open team competition and a women's team athlete, 4-6 each.


    2. The team members participating in the team competition have the right to participate in the doubles match.


3. Registration: Each participating unit submits online registration on June 20, 2016 in the “Chinese Student Sports Competition Management System”.


    4. Registration: Each team reported to the division on July 21st. At the time of registration, participating athletes are required to bring student ID cards, 2nd generation ID cards (original), and personal accident insurance policies. Those who have lost their ID cards are required to provide the Public Security Bureau's re-issuance certificate and temporary ID card to the qualification review committee (both are indispensable).


5. All participants must apply for “personal accident insurance” (including the duration of the competition and the round-trip competition) at the local insurance company.


VII. Registration, Registration and Fingerprinting


1. Athletes must be in the "Chinese Student Sports Competition Management System" (Website: C:UsersMADEMO~1AppDataLocalTemp%W@GJ$ACOF(TYDYECOKVDYB.pnghttp://nssc.org.cn ) Online registration and registration, otherwise not allowed to participate in the competition.


2. When registering, you need to fill in the coaches information, athlete information, upload the athlete's own student status certificate, the second-generation ID card, and the recent bareheaded photo.


3. Registration fee: According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Finance, a registration fee of RMB 20 per year will be charged for each registered athlete (see the relevant provisions of Article 4 of the “User Information Notice” on the front page of the China Student Sports Competition Management System).


4. Registration time: The valid period of registration is 1 year (the time is from September 1 of the current year to August 31 of the second year), which is divided into centralized handling and pre-match processing. The centralized processing time is from September 1 to December 31 of each year. The processing time before the competition is 10 days before the deadline for registration (complete the registration work).

6. Registration: Athletes can apply for online registration after they are registered on the Internet through final approval.


(1) Athletes can register online only when they are in the state of final review. Entering the ID number will automatically bring out personnel information.


(2) Print out the registration form after the name has been submitted, and the school will sign and stamp and then submit it to the system. If scans cannot be submitted, please confirm whether the IE adjustment settings and picture size format are correct. (The deadline for registration and registration is June 20th, which is based on the network registration time. Overdue deadlines are not accepted and may not be submitted for entry.) (Please refer to the relevant provisions of Article 5 of the "User Information" on the front page of the "China Student Sports Competition Management System"). ).


7, fingerprint collection


(1) The athlete compares the original 2nd ID card with fingerprint information.


(2) After arriving in the competition area, the athlete shall take the original 2nd-generation ID card and collect the fingerprint information at the fingerprint collection office. For temporary ID cards, the badges opened by the public security department must be lost and the badges must be verified before being verified by the Qualification Board.


(3) Special fingerprint identification If the fingerprint cannot be collected, the original 2nd-generation ID card will be used to check the entry.


Eighth, competition methods


(1) The 2013 China Bridge Competition Rules approved by the China Bridge Association.


(b) Disclosure of the A-level team competition: The competition will be conducted in two phases.


The first stage: 24 teams are divided into A and B groups according to the ranking of the snakes in 2015. Basically, the team number is determined according to the previous ranking. The team adopts a single-cycle competition with 10 decks per round, according to the cumulative VP row. Set each group ranking.


second stage:


The first 6 players of the two teams in the A and B groups were respectively assigned the mutual results of the other 5 teams in the same group to the C group, and 6 teams in the C team and the other team entered 6 matches in 10 rounds in each round. The team that meets the team no longer meet each other. Finally, the cumulative VP in Group C determines the 1st to 12th place in the A-level team.


The last six players of the two groups A and B respectively took the mutual results of the other team with the same team into the D group, and the six teams entered in the D group and the other team entered 6 matches, with 10 cards per round, and the same The team that meets the team no longer meets each other. Finally, the cumulative VP of Group D determines the 13-24th place of the A-level team. After the six dropped to B team.


 (III) Measures for the Women's Class A Team Competition


The 16 teams use a single-cycle competition, basically determining the number of the team according to the previous ranking, 10 cards for each round of competition, and ranking according to cumulative VP. After the four dropped to B team.


(4) Open B-level team competitions


    Use 9 rounds of points to arrange the game, 16 cards per round, according to cumulative VP rankings. The top six were promoted to the A-level team.


(V) Competition Methods for Women's B-Class Team Games


    Seven rounds of points are used to arrange the matches, with 16 pairs of cards in each round, which are ranked according to cumulative VPs. The top four were promoted to the A-level team.


(VI) Doubles competition methods


A and B teams set up open doubles and women's doubles, respectively. In each game, the group Mitchell system was used to play 18 sets of cards, and the top 8 players in the north and south and east and west directions respectively obtained the certificates.


(7) The referee shall preside over the contest.


(8) The game shall not use yellow bidding system. Do not use artificially weird appointments (forbidden opening for any type). Do not use brown conventions. (Please refer to "China Bridge Race Rules")


(9) Each pair of players shall fill out their Chinese appointment cards in triplicate in advance, one copy shall be submitted to the competition team for review at the time of registration, and the other two shall be brought to the table at the time of the competition.


(10) The competition shall strictly comply with the regulations governing the discipline violations of the Chinese college students' sports competitions.


Nine, reward: Take the top 8 prizes for each competition, and take the top 16 certificates for group competitions.


X. Expenses: The funding for participation shall be required by each school at the time of registration, in accordance with the requirements of the “Notice on Adjusting the Fee Standards for the National Student Individual Sports Competition” of the Joint Secretariat of the Student Sports Association of the Ministry of Education [2014] No. 12 Document. 1,000 yuan (male and female teams should be 2 teams), room and board costs 150 yuan/person/day. Each team takes care of its own transportation. All participating teams participating in this competition will pay a deposit of RMB 3,000 to the Organizing Committee for a one-time payment when they register for the Games. For any team that has not committed a violation during the Games, the team will return the money after the guaranteed match.


Eleven, qualification examination


1. The “China Qualification Examination and Disciplinary Supervision Committee” will be set up by the Organizing Committee of the China Undergraduate Bridge Championship. The highest authority for penalties for disciplinary violations in this competition shall be responsible for the qualifications and violations and disciplinary violations of each team and team member. Supervise, inspect and punish work. A rigorous examination of the qualifications of all participating athletes. The “Qualifications Review and Disciplinary Supervision Committee” will deal with falsifications and violations of regulations in accordance with the “Disciplinary Regulations of the National Student Sports Competition”.


     2, on the athlete (team) qualifications complaints. Any person who disagrees with the qualifications of the participating athletes (teams) of the China Undergraduate Bridge Championship and submits a complaint shall submit to the Qualifications Review and Disciplinary Supervision Committee the evidence of the “Report of the Appeal” (signed on behalf of the team leader) and the contents of the report. Both parties also paid a complaint fee of RMB 2,000. After being accepted by the Qualifications and Disciplinary Supervision Committee, if the complaint is verified, the appeal fee will be refunded. The investigation fails to meet the complaint and the appeal fee will be handed over to the China University Student Sports Association. The final decision is made on the decisions and penalties made by the qualifications review and disciplinary supervision committees.


3. Athletes who have violated the qualification requirements of the competition will be disqualified from the current competition after confirmation. The sports teams represented by the sports team will be disqualified from the competition. The qualifications and disciplinary supervision committees reserve the right to impose additional penalties.


4. For sports teams or athletes who violate the discipline of the competition, the qualification examination and disciplinary supervision committee will punish athletes (teams) who violate the eligibility rules and competition discipline in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Provisions on Disciplinary Punishments in the National Student Sports Competition”.


Twelve, the referee and the Arbitration Commission shall choose the method of dispatching.
