First, the time and place of competition
May 19 to 22, 2016 was held in Chongqing Chess.
Second, hosting and hosting
(1) Organizer: Chongqing Chess Card Sports Management Center and Chongqing Bridge Association.

(A) A-level team
Group A: Three Gorges Medical College, Neijiang Bridge Association, Tianshi Team, Wanzhou Bridge Association, Pakistan State Club, Flagship Team, Quzhou Team, Zhongqiao Group
Group B: Yibin Yili, Xingsheng Team, Chongqing Taixin, Traffic Design Institute, National Land and Housing Authority, Dekai Electromechanical, Chongqing Bridge, and ICBC Team
(b) Group B: other teams. All bridge lovers can apply for a free team entry, regardless of region and qualifications.
V. Participation methods
(1) Each team may report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach). Each pair of players must prepare 2 copies of the "Commitment Card." Athletes who participated in the 2015 Chongqing Class A and qualified as a Class A team cannot participate in this year's Class B competition. If they are found during the competition, their results will be invalidated.
(b) The cost of participating in each team's self-care, food and accommodation to resolve themselves. The food allowance standard is reimbursed by the municipal competition at 100 yuan per person per day.
Sixth, the competition method
(a) The A-level team is divided into three phases.
The first stage: group single round-robin
The two groups A and B each carried out 7 rounds of single-round races and 12 rounds of each round. The first 1-4 teams in each group entered the second-stage group, and the 5-8 teams in each group entered the second-stage second group.
Phase II: Cross-Country
One group: In the first stage, the first 1-4 teams in each group have the VP points in the first stage, and the 1-4 teams in the other stage in the first stage compete in the first to eighth positions in this stage according to cumulative VP.
The second group: the first stage of each group 5-8 with the first stage team VP points, and the first stage of the other group of 5-8 match, according to cumulative VP ranked 9th to 16th stage.
Thereafter, 1st to 4th entered the elimination match 1-1, the 5th-8th entered the elimination match 1-2, the 9th-12 entered the elimination match 1-3, and the 13th-16 entered the elimination match 1-4.
Stage 3: Partition Elimination
(1) Round 1 elimination
Knockout 1-1: The second stage, the first to the fourth, will be played in 24 deck games and will be divided into 2 sessions. The first team has the right to select opponents among the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team entered the finals and the negative team entered the elimination 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The second stage of the 5th to 8th place is for 24 decks of games, which are divided into 2 sessions. The 5th team has the right to choose opponents from the 7th and 8th teams. The winning team entered the elimination 2-1, and the negative team ranked the 7th and 8th relegations according to the second stage.
Knockout 1-3: The 9th to 12th place in the second stage will be played in 24 decks and will be divided into 2 sections. The ninth team has the right to choose opponents among the 11th and 12th teams. The winning team ranked the 9th and 10th relegations in the second stage and the negative team entered the elimination 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 13th to 16th place in the second stage will be played in 24 decks and will be divided into 2 sections. The 13th team has the right to choose opponents among the 15th and 16th teams. The winning team entered the elimination round 2-2, and the negative team ranked 15th and 16th in the second phase.
(2) Round 2 elimination
Knock-out 2-1: The two negative teams in the elimination match 1-1 and the two winning teams in the elimination match 1-2 play 12 match games without any points. The team ranked first in the second stage among the four teams has the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team entered 3 or 4 additional games and the negative team entered 5 or 6 additional games.
Playoffs 2-2: The two negative teams in the elimination match 1-3 and the two winning teams in the elimination match 1-4 are played in 24 deck games and are divided into 2 sections. The team ranked first in the second stage among the four teams has the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team arranged the 11th and 12th relegations in the second phase and the negative team ranked the 13th and 14th in the second phase.
(3) Finals and 3-6 play-offs.
Finals: 24 deck games are played in 2 sessions.
3/4, 5/6 Exemption Match: Play 12 decks of games without splitting.
All contests without a reason to abstain from voting will be deemed as "abusing malicious ties" and the rank of the malicious abstaining team will be reduced to the last one in the competition.
(B) Group B: 10 rounds of points arranged. 12 cards per round.
(III) Adopting the “Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules” approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013, according to the WBF 20VP system, which counts VP.
(D) Athletes must bring their own use of the appointment card when playing in the game.
Seventh, rankings and rewards
(1) The first six groups will take the first six winners and give cash prizes; the second group will award the top six.
(2) All levels of competition are awarded to the masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "China Bridge Association Technical Grade Standards".
(3) The 13th to 16th members of the A-grade group were reduced to the B-grade group, and the 1-4th members of the B-grade group were promoted to the A-grade group.
VIII. Registration and Registration
(a) Registration
1. Each participating unit must apply to the Training Section of Chongqing Chess Office before May 12th.
2. It is also possible to register and complete the membership number on Zhongqiao Online before May 12.
3. Registration fee: 600 yuan/team in A-level competition and 400 yuan/team in second-level competition.

(3) Report
1. The Class A team will report before 18:00 on May 19.
2. The B-class team will report before 18:00 on May 20.
Nine, the competition chief, record length, and licensing director are selected by the Chongqing Bridge Association.
X. Arbitration committee will be set up for the competition. Members of the Central Committee will be sent by the Chongqing Bridge Association.
Eleven, other
(1) Team leader meeting (competition work conference).
1. The A-level team leader will be held at 16:30 on May 19. Location: Conference room on the fifth floor of Chongqing Chess Institute. Each team must be attended by a team leader or a coach.
2. The second team does not have a team leader.
3. Each A-level team must be accompanied by a team leader or a coach to attend the team meeting (competition work meeting). Failed to participate in the leader meeting (competition work meeting) according to regulations, penalty 2VP.
(b) The team must purchase personal accidental injury insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth) and present it at the time of registration. Otherwise, it is not allowed to participate in the competition.
(3) The power of interpretation of this procedure shall be vested in the Chongqing Bridge Association.
