Competition regulations
I. Organizer: Tianjin Dalang Esha Sha Bridge Club
    Co-organizer: Tianjin Bridge Association Training and Promotion Base
Second, the game time: March 26 to March 27, 2016.
Third, the venue: Tianjin Bridge Association training and promotion base.
Tianjin Bridge Sports Promotion Training Base Address: 9/F, Block A, Fuxing Building, 11 Siping West Road, Heping District, Tianjin (upstairs of Hanting Express Hotel, at the intersection of Siping West Road and Lhasa Road).
    Travel routes:
1. Anshan Road Station Exit C of Metro Line 1; Xikang Road Station Exit B of Metro Line 3.
2. Xinxing Road: Bus Nos. 8, 14, 45, 50, 643, 650, 678, 842, 847, 851, 878, 901, and 908.

Fourth, the competition project: open team competition.
V. Entry Methods
    (1) Each team may report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach). Each pair of players must bring 2 copies of the "Commitment Card."
    (B) Athlete qualifications: Bridge enthusiasts can apply for entry.
Sixth, the competition method
    (A) Competition Methods
The competition is limited to 24 teams (site condition restrictions) and is conducted in 2 days. On the 26th, 5 rounds and 10 Swiss shifts were graded into the top 12 VPs in Group A and the last 12 in Group B. On the 27th, each team took part in the accumulation of 50% VP of the first day's results, and four rounds of 10 Swiss shifts accumulatively accumulated VP to determine the A and B scores.
(b) Adopting the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013. The VP scores are based on the WBF 20VP system.
    (3) Athletes must bring their own contract cards when playing in the game.
Seventh, rankings and rewards
    (I) Award scope
Group A: 3000 yuan for the first place, 2000 yuan for the second place, and 1,000 yuan for the third place.
Group B: 800 yuan for the first place and 600 yuan for the second place.
 The eighth group is named lucky prize and reward in kind.
    (2) According to the "China Bridge Association Technical Grade Standards for Members", the winners of the Chinese Bridge Association are awarded to the winning teams.
VIII. Registration and Registration
    (a) Registration:
1. Each team must submit the list of reports and electronic documents to the Tianjin Dalang Taosha Bridge Club or apply online (by visiting China Bridge Network) before March 21st. Late registration will no longer be accepted. Register each team to leave a contact phone.
2. Each team must pay a service fee of 400 yuan and pay it upon check-in.

    (3) Report
    1. March 28th before 8:30 to the Tianjin Bridge Association training and promotion base.
    2. If the team cannot report on time, they must contact the organizer one day before the start of the match to confirm the entry. The unconfirmed team will dismiss the deal and cancel the registration and no longer schedule the match.
9. All participating teams will be responsible for their own expenses.
X. The competition referee, recorder, and chief of information technology are selected by the Tianjin Bridge Association.
11. There is no arbitration committee for the competition.

(1) No leader meeting will be held in this competition. Please read the Supplementary Provisions before each match.
