2016 Anhui Bridge Grade Competition Rules

First, match time, place:


1. The open group A and B teams were held at the Sunshine Peninsula Hotel in Penghu from March 23 to March 27 and were organized by the Wuhu Bridge Association.


2. The open class B team and women's team were held at Hefei Workers' Culture Palace from April 7 to April 10, and were organized by Hefei Bridge Association.

Members of the B-team other than the A-level team can participate in the men's and women's teams and the undergraduate men's and women's teams. We welcome the friendly neighboring provinces and cities teammates to participate. Can participate in the lift level.


Third, participation methods:


1. Each team can report four to six athletes (the athlete must be an individual member of the China Bridge Association, with a membership card, and players who have not applied for a membership card are not allowed to participate in the competition). The team leader and coach are each. Up to 2 foreign aids per team (other provinces and cities).


2. Each team will be responsible for its own expenses. Each person will pay accommodation fee (Grade A) each day, while the remainder will be subsidized by the contractor. Party B will arrange the accommodation on its own.


3. Class A team pays RMB 1 per team, and team B pays Lu Huiyuan for each group, and the women's team is exempt. The players handed in the China Bridge Association’s 2016 personal membership dues of RMB 30 (passed for exemption). Individuals who have not paid their dues are not allowed to participate.


4, A-level team A, B group before March 15th, B-class team will be reported before April 1 reported to the Provincial Bridge Association (Xing Weimin 13956582553; Ding Wu: 13515514000. 5. Each player of the pair fills in a contractual card in triplicate (copying) and brings it to the competition venue for future reference.


6, athletes are not allowed to participate in the two levels of the game, if found that the team will cancel the game results.


7. Each team should report to the competition area before 12:00 a.m. on the day of the competition. The Grade A team should report to the Sunshine Peninsula Hotel (Wuhu County Economic and Technological Development Zone) in Penghu County. The Grade B team should report to the Hefei City Workers’ Cultural Palace. There will be no leader meeting. Before the match, the referee will announce the relevant events. The match will be played at 13:30 in the afternoon.


Fourth, the competition method:


1. Each team should conscientiously implement the principle of "rely on style, technology, and speed," and secret and illegal information are strictly prohibited.


2. According to the rules of the bridge competition approved by the China Bridge Association, the score will be 20:0.


3. The open group A team A will use a single-cycle system for preliminaries, playing three rounds per day, playing 16 decks per round, 1-4 finals competing for the top four; 5-7 relegation; 12th place fall. 8-11 re-leveling finals, the top two relegation.


4. The open group A group B group adopts a single-cycle system for preliminaries, playing three rounds each day, playing 16 decks per round, the first place in the preliminaries is straight up A, the last two are downgraded, and the sixth place is relegation, 2-5 In the finals, the top two upgrades, 7-10 finals and the top two relegations.


5. The B team determines the competition method according to the number of registered teams. The women's team participates in the men's B team competition according to the number of registered teams, and participates in the upgrade and awards the scores individually.


6. The top three of the open group A team dropped to group B. The top three players in group B rose to group A, and the last four to B team. The top four teams in B team rose to class A. In group B, the top four players of AA selected the training to compete in the national competition.


7. According to the document of the China Bridge Association, the winning teams of each level are declared the masters of the China Bridge Association, and the appearance rate is more than 50%. The provincial masters are awarded according to the provisions of the Provincial Bridge Association.


V. Rewards:


1. In the open group A and B, the top three teams will be rewarded.


2. The Open Class B team and the women's team determine the award ranking based on the number of teams.


6. The arbitration commission, chief judge, and deputy referee shall be appointed by the Provincial Bridge Association, and referees shall be selected by the undertaking organization.
