I. Name: The 2018 China Sports Lottery National Juvenile Bridge Summer Camp.


Second, the theme of the activity: enjoy bridge summer, competing wisdom teenager


Third, the participants: the organization of the organization member schools and primary school students held in the camp.


Fourth, the activity time: July 1 to August 31 during the summer vacation, the specific time each camp to determine.


V. Event Location


(1) The General Camp: The National Bridge of Secondary School Students Championship and the National Bridge Summer Camp of China Sports Lottery held at the 21st Middle School in Changsha, Hunan Province from August 3rd to 8th.


(b) Division: It is determined by each branch.


VI. Activity organization


(a) Sponsored by the China Bridge Association, the members of each unit will undertake the project.


(II) The unified name of the divisional activities: China Sports Lottery National Youth Bridge Summer Camp xxx.


(3) Conditions and requirements for holding a branch:


1. The undertaker must be a member of the China Bridge Association;


2. There must be a suitable place for the event;


3. There must be qualified organization workers and teachers, and there should be more than 40 people.


4. In order to ensure the safety of summer camp activities, each branch application unit must formulate an activity safety plan, and all personnel involved in summer camp activities should be covered by personal accidental injury insurance.


5. Apply for the organizer to submit the application materials to the China Bridge Association before June 30th. The application materials should also be submitted to the provincial bridge association for the record.


6. There must be “China Sports Lottery” propaganda in each branch activity venue. After the event, each biding unit will send the summaries and photos, audio and video information (CD-ROMs) of summer camp activities to the China Bridge Association.


(4) The bridge associations of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities planning separately shall be invited to supervise, direct and manage the sub-camps in the region.


VII. Activities


(a) summer camp essay activities


All campers participating in the summer camp can participate. The content of the essay mainly reflects the stories, gains, and feelings of participating in the summer camp of the bridge. Please submit a brief introduction (including name, school, grade level, address, etc.) and I participate in the summer camp of the bridge. One photo event, submission email: qiaopaitougao@163.com. The submission deadline is August 31. The manuscript submission will be published in the public micro-signals of the China Bridge Network and the China Bridge Association, and will be rewarded with an excellent manuscript certificate.


(II) General camp activities


    1. In the same period, the 2018 National Middle School Students Bridge Championship will be held.


2. Held seminars on national bridge instructor training courses and bridge teaching exchanges.


3. Hold bridge etiquette, bridge rules lectures.


4. Held bridge culture, bridge knowledge lectures.


5. Organizing the National Fitness Day theme activity.


6. Organize other thematic activities.


(III) Local and Regional Activities


The divisional activities are decided by each region and should be carried out around the following:


1. Teaching Bridge Etiquette and Bridge Basics to enable campers to master the basic techniques of the bridge.


2. Organize bridge events or friendship events in light of actual conditions to cultivate the bridge members’ interest in the camp.


3. Organize competitions and sunny outdoor activities to improve physical fitness and physical and mental health, encourage each other, communicate with each other.


VIII. Funds


The expenses for each branch held by the organizer will be resolved by the organizer itself, which can be funded through the investment title.


Nine, reward


(1) According to the conditions of each sub-camp activity, several best sub-camps and excellent sub-camps were selected and rewarded.


(b) Free membership of each member of the Chinese Bridge Association for one year.


(3) Awarding to the campers training certificates that have been uniformly produced by the China Bridge Association.
