    The Yichang Bridge Association is planning to hold the Yichang City Team Selection Tournament at the Yichang City Worker’s Culture Palace from December 12 to 13, 2015. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
    First, the qualifications. Member of China Bridge Association, is also a member unit or individual member of the Yichang Bridge Association. It is subject to the leadership and arrangement of the Yichang Bridge Association during the bridge event. After the selection, it can guarantee the time to represent the Yichang Bridge Association to participate in by the Yichang Bridge Association. National and Provincial Games.
    Second, the game. In the team competition, each team can apply for 4 to 6 people and get the first team's 4 main players (the playing rate exceeds 50%) plus the 2 members designated by the Bridge Association. The team consists of 6 members. 2016 to 2017 Yichang City Bridge team. The competition method is determined according to the number of entries. In principle, the preliminaries (round robin) and the finals are divided into two phases. The competition preliminaries set up a win field prize, and there is no bonus in the final.

    4. The rights, responsibilities and rewards of the Yichang Bridge Team from 2016 to 2017.
    1, right. The members of the current Yichang Bridge Team will represent the Yichang Bridge Association in Hubei Province in 2016 and 2017 to participate in the Hubei Provincial Class A team competition. In addition, they will represent the Yichang Bridge Association to participate in the provincial level in 2016 and 2017 each year. And above the rights of the competition (The fees for the four competitions shall be borne by the Yichang Bridge Association). The two members designated by the Bridge Association may be different in 2016 and 2017.
    2. Responsibility. If the current Yichang Bridge team is downgraded in 2016 or 2017 provincial A, then the qualification will be automatically terminated from the date of demotion. If the selected four players cannot participate when the Bridge Association arranges to participate in the competition, the qualification of the Yichang Bridge Team will be automatically terminated.
    3, rewards. If this year's Yichang Bridge Team wins a championship in the 2016 and 2017 Provincial Class A competitions, or if the second time is the third (inclusive) or above, the qualification will be automatically extended for one year. If the current Yichang Bridge Team wins the championship in the provincial A-class competition in 2016 and the Provincial A-class competition in 2017 is downgraded, the qualification will be automatically terminated from the date of the relegation.
    V. Incentive measures for the free team to participate in the provincial level competition. The Yichang Bridge players who are free to participate in the provincial level competition will be rewarded with the following awards based on the results of the competition provided to the Bridge Association before the match.
    1. If you qualify for the upgrade, the Bridge Association will fully reimburse the participation fee (including registration fee, accommodation fee, meal fee, and transportation fee); if you do not qualify for the upgrade, you will be reimbursed for the registration fee.
    2. In 2016, when upgrading from level C to level B, when participating in the provincial B competition in 2017, the bridge association will be eligible for the upgrade. The bridge association shall fully reimburse the participation fee (including registration fee, accommodation fee, meal fee, and transportation fee); If you do not qualify for an upgrade, but you have successfully retired, you will be given a bonus of 3,000 yuan. If you are downgraded, you will be required to apply for registration.
    6. The interpretation right of this notice belongs to Yichang Bridge Association.
