In 2018, the "UnionPay Business Cup" 2018 National Community Bridge Open will be held in Wuhan, Hubei Province from September 13th to 16th.


Open competition rules


First, the date and place of the competition


From September 13 to 16, 2018, it was held at Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Wuhan, Hubei Province.


Second, the organizer

Open group team competition, senior group team competition


Fourth, the entry method


(1) All participating athletes must be non-arrival individual members of China Bridge Association.


(2) Adopting the method of public registration in the topic of China Bridge Network Events. The open team competition is limited to 60 teams, subject to the order of registration and payment. The old group is an invitational tournament, and 18 teams invited by the organizer participate.


(3) Registration qualification


1. You must register for the competition in the name of a street or community.


2. Allow teams to participate in teams, streets, or communities, but no more than two streets or communities.


3. Each team may have no more than 2 athletes participating in non-registered streets or community-owned household registrations.


4. Only one athlete in each team is allowed to participate in the National Bridge A-Class Club League in 2018 or the master points in more than 5,000 points.


5. Athletes who are invited to participate in the senior group competition, male athletes must be 60 years old, female athletes must be 55 years old; at least one athlete from the local bridge association vice-chairmen.


6. To sign up for the participating street or community, sign the registration on the registration form to represent the team's participating athletes. This is the opinion of the street or community and stamped. In the case of a joint team, a street or a community, the two units must sign and seal.


7. All teams must submit a copy of the athlete's ID card and account book when registering.


(4) Each team can report one team leader, one coach and four or six athletes.


(5) All participants must purchase personal accident insurance and additional accidental medical insurance during the competition and on the way round, and the insurance costs are self-care. If there is an accident during the competition, the organizer and the organizer will not bear any responsibility.


V. Competition method


(1) Open group team competition


The game is divided into two phases:


The first stage: qualifying. Using the integral programming system, the rankings are ranked by the accumulated VP points, and the specific rounds and sub-numbers are determined according to the registration conditions. The top 16 players entered the knockout round and the teams that did not enter the knockout stage entered the second stage of the additional points choreography.


Second stage: divided into two parts


Elimination


The 1st-16th team in the first stage qualifying will automatically enter the upper and lower half.


1/8 match: 24 decks of the game, divided into 2 sections, 12 decks per section. The winning team entered the 1/4 match, and the negative team scored the points into the additional points in the A group.


1/4 match: 24 decks of the game, divided into 2 sections, 12 decks per section. The winning team entered the semi-finals, and the negative team scored points to enter the additional points in the A group.


Semi-final: 24 decks of the game, divided into 2 sections, 12 decks per section. The winning team entered the finals and the team entered the third or fourth play-offs.


Finals and three or four play-offs: 36 decks of the game, divided into 3 sections, 12 decks per section.


2. Additional points programming


The 17th and subsequent teams in the first stage qualifying will enter the additional points orchestration, and will be divided into several groups according to the qualifying results of the first stage of the team, in order to add points to the cumulative VP plus qualifying team VP. 25% of the final rankings of each group are scheduled separately.


(2) Team competition for the elderly group: The competition adopts a single-cycle system, and the ranking is determined by the cumulative VP.


(3) The partner who participates in the competition must carry 2 copies of the agreement card to the competition table.


Sixth, incentives


(1) Total bonus: RMB 150,000 (before tax)


1. Open group: 140,000


Guanjun: 50000 yuan, runner-up: 20,000 yuan


Ji Jun: 15,000 yuan Fourth place: 10,000 yuan


The bonuses for each group in the Additional Points Programming are determined based on the grouping.


2. Older group: 10,000


Crown Army: 4000 yuan, Asian Army: 2,600 yuan


Ji Jun: 1,500 yuan Fourth place: 1000 yuan


Fifth place: 600 yuan Sixth place: 300 yuan


(2) Athletes who have obtained the rankings may obtain the corresponding master points according to the relevant regulations of the China Bridge Association.


Seven, registration and registration

2. Registration fee: RMB 1,500 yuan/team for the open group competition and RMB 300/team for the group competition for the senior group, which will be collected by the organizer. The team must remit the funds to the bank account designated by the organizing committee within 3 days after the registration and approval, and fail to pay the registration fee on time.

(2) Registration


The teams will report to Wuhan International Exhibition Center Wuzhan Hotel (No. 696, Jiefang Avenue, Hankou, Wuhan) before 20:00 on September 12.


Eight, room and board


(1) Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center Wuzhan Hotel:


Business standard room, single room 248 yuan / day (including two early, a total of 80).


(2) Yangtze River Hotel: 4 stars (about 10 minutes walk from the stadium)


Standard room, single room 348 yuan / day (including two early, a total of 50).


Nine, traffic


(1) Wuhan Railway Station: It takes about 100 yuan to take a taxi to Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center. Take Metro Line 4 and transfer to Line 2 at Hongshan Square. Take the Zhongshan Park Station and walk to the A or B exit for 100 meters.


(2) Hankou Railway Station: Take Metro Line 2, get off at Zhongshan Park Station, and walk 100 meters to Exit A or B.


(3) Wuchang Railway Station: Take Metro Line 4 and transfer to Line 2 at Hongshan Square. Take the Zhongshan Park Station and walk 100 meters to Exit A or B.
