First, the competition time: August 4 to 5, 2018
2. Venue: Changhe Cultural Station, Binjiang District (No. 121, Binwen Road, Hangzhou)
Third, registration:
1. Yinjiang Science and Technology Team, Gongshu District, Binjiang District, Shangcheng District, Fuyang District, Zhejiang Huanglong, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District, Xihu District, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District.
2, Hangzhou Bridge lovers can freely participate in the team.
3. All participating athletes must be individual members of the Hangzhou Bridge Association, and each team must have at least 4 group player players.
4. Entries must submit the registration list to Hangzhou Bridge Association or register on China Bridge Network before July 31st.

Registration fee: Wings 500 yuan / team, Hangzhou bridge enthusiasts 300 yuan / team, youth team (student) free registration fee. Please hand in the competition area at the time of registration.
Fourth, the competition method
1. The game is divided into two stages.
The first stage: qualifying, a total of 6 rounds, 12 decks per round, ranking the scores of each team with accumulated VP points.
The second stage: group score programming
According to the sequence of the first stage qualifying results, it is divided into two groups. The first 12 points are A group and the rest are B group. Each group carries 4 rounds of matches, 12 decks per round. With the cumulative VP plus 30% of the VPs of each team in the first stage qualifying, the final rankings of each group are scheduled. Group A takes the top 8 and Group B takes the top 6 and the teenager group takes the top three to give the reward.
2. Each pair of players participating in the competition must carry the agreed card in duplicate to the table.
5. Participate in the teams at 9:45 am on August 4 and the juvenile group at 8:30 am on August 5th.: The Binhe District Changhe Cultural Station (No. 121, Binwen Road, Hangzhou) will report.
