First, the date and place of the competition
Held in Luzhou City, Zhejiang Province from November 8th to November 18th, 2019.
Second, the competition project
(1) Men's groups
(2) Women's groups
(3) Mixed groups
(4) Men's doubles
(5) Women's doubles
(6) Mixed double
(7) Young men's groups
(8) Young women's groups
(9) Young men's doubles
(10) Young women's doubles
Third, the participating units
All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities with separate plans, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and industry associations may participate in the competition. Among them, youth projects are only allowed to participate in the formation of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
Fourth, qualifications
(1) The qualifications of the participating athletes shall be subject to the representative unit of the annual registration of the bridge athletes of the State Sports General Administration of China. No annual registration is allowed, and only the representative's residence location is allowed to participate.
(2) Athletes of the industry association must participate in the competition for annual registration, and their representative qualifications shall be subject to annual registration.
(3) Young athletes are allowed to participate in the competition on behalf of other units with the consent of the registered unit.
(4) Athletes within the period of exercising the registration priority of the participating units shall not participate in the competition on behalf of other units.
V. Participation method
(1) Each team can report 1 team to participate in men's groups, 1 team to participate in women's groups, 1 team to participate in mixed groups, 1 pair to participate in men's doubles, 1 pair to participate in women's doubles, 1 pair to participate in mixed doubles. Athletes participating in a mixed group cannot participate in a mixed double.
(2) All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may report 1 team to participate in young men's groups, 1 team to participate in young women's groups, 2 pairs to participate in young men's doubles, and 2 pairs to participate in young women's doubles.
(3) Only male players can participate in the men's competition, and only female players can participate in the women's competition. The mixed game must be a pair of 1 male and 1 female.
(4) Athletes who sign up for the participating youth program must be born after January 1, 1994.
(5) Teams can report 4-6 athletes per team. Among them, the mixed group can report 2-4 male athletes and 2-4 female athletes. The playing partner must consist of one male athlete and one female athlete.
(6) Control the establishment of each unit according to the quota of one team leader or coach for every six athletes.
Sixth, the competition method
(1) Men's groups, women's groups, young men's groups, and young women's groups: preliminaries, quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals. According to the registration situation, the competition method will be adjusted without changing the overall schedule. If the number of registration teams is small, there may be no quarter-finals or no-stage competitions.
1. Preliminaries: Use group loop or point arrangement, arrange 7 rounds, 16 rounds per round, and take the top 8 to enter the quarter-finals.
2. Quarter-final, semi-final: divided into 2 sections, 16 decks per section.
3. Final: divided into 3 sections, 16 decks per section.
(2) Mixed team competition: divided into preliminaries, semi-finals and finals. The competition method will be adjusted without changing the general schedule depending on the registration status.
1. Preliminaries: Using the points programming, a total of 7 rounds, 8 rounds each, taking the top 4 into the semi-finals.
2. Semi-final: divided into 2 sections, 16 decks per section.
3. Final: divided into 2 sections, 16 decks per section.
(3) Men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles: 6 games, 7 rounds per game, 2 rounds per round. Each of the 8 pairs of players is grouped into a Howell competition, and the last group is no less than 8 pairs for some Howell games. In the second to sixth games, the top 8 points will be included in the A group competition, and then into the other group competitions. In the fifth game, only 8 matches in Groups A, B and C will be reserved. In the sixth game, only 8 matches in Groups A and B will be reserved. Ranked by total points, the best score in the sixth group in the B group can only be ranked fourth in the total score.
(4) Young men's doubles and young women's doubles: 4 games, 7 rounds per game, 2 rounds per round. The competition method is determined by the registration status.
When enrolled in 32 pairs or more, each 14 pairs of players are grouped into a Mitchell competition, and the last group is no less than 14 pairs for a partial Mitchell game. In the second to third games, the top 14 points will be included in the Group A competition, and then into the other group competitions. In the fourth game, only 14 matches in Groups A and B were retained. Ranked by total points, the best score in the fourth group B can only be listed in the fifth place.
When the registration is under 32 pairs (including), every 8 pairs of players are grouped into a Howell competition, and the last group is not less than 8 pairs for some Howell games. In the second to third games, the top 8 points will be included in the A group competition, and then into the other group competitions. In the fourth game, only 8 matches in Groups A and B will be reserved. Ranked by total points, the best score in the fourth group B can only be ranked fourth in the total score.
Seven, admission rankings and rewards
(1) Implemented in accordance with the General Rules of the Fourth National Intelligence Games Competition Regulations.
(2) All competitions were awarded to the Masters of China Bridge Association.
