Notice of Gansu Provincial Bridge Association on Holding Youth Bridge Summer Camp

The Gansu Provincial Bridge Association decided to hold the 2015 National Youth Bridge Summer Camp Gansu Sub-department in July. The relevant matters and requirements are hereby notified as follows:


First, the theme of the event: participate in the bridge, healthy and happy.
Second, the event organization: This summer camp was organized by the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association, Gansu Province Youth Bridge Club organized and implemented.
Third, the event time: July 15-19, 2015, a total of 5 days.
4. Venue: Gansu Provincial Bridge Activity Center (No. 262, West Village, Lanzhou Railway).
V. Participants: All young and middle-aged students are welcome to register.
VI. Activities: According to the current bridge level of the campers, the lectures will be divided into popular classes and improvement classes. The specific practices are as follows:
1. Teaching lectures are based on the teaching of bridge etiquette and bridge basics. The two lecturers are university professors and national level social sports instructors, and are equipped with six second-level social sports instructors for counseling.
    2. The summer camp is mainly based on teaching lectures, and the lectures are combined with practical exercises.
     3. Each afternoon, the teaching competition will be held, and finally the final competition will be held.
20% of the outstanding performers will be awarded certificates and prizes to encourage them.
    4. Absorb the campers as individual members of the China Bridge Association.
VII. Safety and Security Measures: During the summer camp activities, the Provincial Bridge Association arranged for 2 people to be responsible for the safety and security of the camp to ensure the personal safety of the campers during their studies.
8. Publicity: Before and after the opening of the camp, the Gansu Bridge website, Gansu Bridge and major newspapers in Gansu Province and other cities published news, focusing on the theme of “Participating in Bridges, Happy and Healthy”, at the event site in Gansu Province During the opening camp, media reporters will be invited to come to the activity center to interview and film the opening and closing camps and teaching and practice competitions. They will be broadcasted on the TV stations in Gansu Province and published in major newspapers in Gansu Province and cities to publicize the activities.
9. Funding: Raised by the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association. Campers are exempt from all fees.
