This competition implements the China Bridge Competition Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013. The provisions of the rules that are inconsistent with this provision are subject to these provisions.
First, the game program
(1) All project competitions are prohibited from using the brown agreement and the yellow bidding system, which is a highly-used system (specifically attached).
(2) The participating players must bring the Chinese agreement card (which may have the English symbol for the bridge) to participate in the competition. If the Chinese agreement card is not carried, it shall be executed in accordance with Article 54 of the Rules.
(3) The game uses a bid card, a push plate and a screen. The North is responsible for the acquisition of the cards, the West is responsible for the opening and closing of the screen window, and the North and South are responsible for pushing the plate. All inquiries and explanations must be made in writing. Players can only get explanations from opponents on the same side of the screen. The inquiry and explanation of the card stage should be closed.
(4) Ways of reminding:
When a reminder is needed, the participating player must immediately remind the opponent on the same side of the screen that his companion must also remind the opponent on the same side of the screen when the pusher reaches the other side. The reminder places the reminder card on the top of his last bid card in the bidding column of the opponent's bid on the screen; the reminder informs that the reminder has been received by returning the reminder card to the opponent. Reminders must not use other methods or make reminders across the screen.
(5) Psychological bidding: No grade preliminaries, rematches are prohibited from using psychological calls, and each pair of players in each session is allowed to use a psychological call every round.
(6) The South is responsible for recording the triplicate score table (the first joint record desk, the second joint is reserved by the South and the North, the third joint referee), and the score sheet of the East and West households responsible for the record is retained. The score sheet shall state the competition item, time, group, round, room, station number, team name and name of the competitor. The score results must be signed by both parties before leaving the table.
(7) All competitions in this competition use a continuous 20:0VP conversion table (decimal).
(8) Correcting the time limit for the wrong score, the team player must submit the request for change to the referee within 15 minutes after the end of the specified period of the game.
Second, the determination of the same place
The determination of the same place in all matches is carried out in accordance with Rule 46.
Third, competition discipline and etiquette requirements
During the competition, all participants must comply with (but not limited to) the following requirements. If there are violations, they will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
(1) Strictly implement the regulations on competition discipline in the “Measures for the Management of Bridge Competition (Trial)” issued by the State General Administration of Sports.
(2) The playing time of all items in this competition is calculated according to the time of each deck using 7.5 minutes, and the timeout is handled according to Article 22 of the Rules.
(3) Those who abstain from voting or withdraw from the competition, shall be dealt with in accordance with Articles 23 to 26 of the Rules.
(4) Respecting the opponent, respecting the companion, respecting the referee, and not appearing rude language or behavior during the competition. If there is a violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55 of the Rules.
(5) Mobile communication tools shall not be opened in the stadium. If there is a violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55 of the Rules.
(6) No smoking is allowed in the stadium, in the bathroom and in the vicinity of the stadium. In case of violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 5.
(7) Do not enter the arena after drinking alcohol, and do not drink alcoholic beverages on the court. In case of violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 6.
(8) If you need to leave the seat during the competition, you must obtain the consent of the referee and go with the other athlete (or the person designated by the referee). In case of violation, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 55 of the Rules.
Fourth, the appeal
(1) The Arbitration Commission shall accept the appeals of the teams, and the entrant may appeal any ruling made by the referee at his table. Team competition must be approved by the team leader.
(2) All appeals must be submitted to the referee within 15 minutes after the end of the specified period of the competition (the referee is required to do so at the request of the referee), and the appeal procedure shall be performed in accordance with rule 56.
(3) The appeal fee is RMB 200 each time. When the Arbitration Commission determines that it is a reasonable complaint, the appeal fee shall be refunded; otherwise, the appeal fee shall not be returned and shall be disposed of by the Organizing Committee.
