Competition procedure

V. Competition items:


Open team competition, women's team competition, open doubles, women's doubles


Sixth, the conditions for entry:


1. Athletes must be full-time college students and postgraduates (including graduates from 20.18) who have registered in China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com).


2, athletes must pass the cultural examination, comply with the relevant regulations of the school, healthy people.


Seven. Participation method:


1. Any student who participates in each competition must form a team with the students of the school. In the team competition, each school's open group is limited to 2 teams and the women's team is limited to 2 teams; each school is limited to one team leader, 1-2 coaches, and 4-6 individual team players and women team players.


2. Players participating in the team competition have the right to participate in the doubles.


3. Registration: All participating units will register with the organizer and organizer before June 30, 2018, and submit online registration on China Bridge Network. The specific registration method will be announced separately.


4. Registration: Each team will report to the competition area on the morning of September 14. At the time of registration, athletes are required to bring a student ID card and a 2nd generation ID card (original).


5. All entrants must apply for “personal accident insurance” (including during the competition and on the way to and from the competition) at the local insurance company, and present a personal accident insurance policy at the time of registration.


Eight, competition method


1. The competition implements the 2013 China Bridge Competition Rules approved by the China Bridge Association.


2, team competition method: depending on the number of registered teams to take a single cycle or Swiss points programming.


3, two-way competition method: separate open doubles, women's doubles, each a Mitchell competition.


4. The game must not use the yellow bidding system. Do not use artificial weird conventions (no open calls are arbitrarily typed). Do not use brown conventions. (Please refer to the "China Bridge Competition Rules")


5. Each pair of players must fill in their own Chinese agreement card in advance, and each person will be taken to the table at the time of the competition.


Nine, admission rankings and rewards


1. The top 8 teams will be admitted to each group. The number of teams is less than 8 teams, according to the actual


The number of participating teams will be accepted, the athletes will be awarded a certificate of achievement, and the instructor will be awarded an excellent instructor certificate. The first 1-3 are the first prize and the first 4-8 are the second prize. The trophies were awarded to the top three. If there are two teams participating in the same school, only one team with better scores will enter the top three awards.

X. Entry fee


There is no entry fee for the competition. Each team has their own accommodation and round-trip fare. Specific standards will be announced separately.


XI. Qualification review:


(1) In order to correct the style of the game, all institutions of higher learning must, in accordance with the provisions of this regulation, conduct strict and serious qualification examinations for the athletes who have signed up for the competition, strictly control, eliminate violations of regulations, falsify, impersonate and other acts.


(2) The competition shall set up a “Leadership and Discipline Supervision Leading Group” to lead and implement the qualification review and discipline supervision of participating sports teams (members). The Qualification and Discipline Supervision Leading Group will conduct a rigorous review of the qualifications of participating athletes before, during and after the competition. Sports teams (members) who violate regulations, falsify, impersonate, etc. will be dealt with seriously.


(3) Anyone who complains about the disqualification of the qualifications of the participating sports teams (members) and other violations of the sports fair competition shall submit the "Report of Appeals" signed by the leader to the "Leadership and Discipline Supervision Leading Group", and Provide detailed supporting materials, otherwise it will not be accepted.


XII. Other matters


1. The final interpretation right of this regulation belongs to the Anhui Provincial Education Department;
