V. Competition projects and participating units
In this competition, 70 teams were organized to participate in the open team competition. The participating teams included:
(1) All clubs and teams that have received invitations.
(2) Through the "China Bridge Network" open network registration or contact registration, after the competition organizing committee agrees, the order of registration is determined.
Sixth, the competition method
(1) The first stage: qualifying
The 8 rounds of the scores are arranged, and each deck has 10 decks. The scores of each team are ranked by VP points, and the top 8 players are determined, and the grouping of group A, group B and group C is determined according to the order of ranking.
(2) The second stage: divided into two parts
1. Elimination:
The top 7 in qualifying plus the host of the host host, a total of 8 teams entered the knockout.
The organizer designated the team as the No. 1 seed team and the top three teams in qualifying, and selected the opponents from the 5-8 qualifying teams in turn. 20 decks of the game, divided into two sections, the winning team entered the semi-finals; the negative team entered the A group and participated in the A group scheduling; the negative team took the second stage A group additional points to arrange the first six rounds of the first two rounds of the average VP to participate in A Group points scheduling competition.
Semi-final: 20 decks of the game, divided into two quarters, the winning team entered the finals; the negative team participated in 3-4 play-offs.
Final match: 20 decks of the game, divided into two sections, the winning team is the champion and the negative team is the runner-up.
There are 20 decks in the third and fourth rounds, which are divided into two quarters. The winning team is the third and the losing team is the fourth.
2. The second stage of the Swiss shift:
The 8th to 25th qualifying teams entered the second stage A group, the 26th to 47th teams entered the B group, the 48th team entered the C group, and 40% of the qualifying results entered Switzerland. Move the position match; the 4 teams eliminated in the first round of the knockout also entered the A group, and entered the next round of the A group with 40% VP of the qualifying score plus the average VP of the first 6 rounds of the first two rounds of the A group. The game will be played for 6 rounds with 10 decks per round. The final ranking of each group is scheduled for each of the 40% VP of the total score of each team in the cumulative shift of the Swiss Grand Prix.
(3) Execute the "China Bridge Competition Regulations" and related supplementary regulations approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
(4) The referee shall preside over the lottery, and the lottery shall be automatically drawn by the computer.
(5) Other instructions for the competition procedure:
1. The game uses computer prefabricated competition cards;
2. The game uses electronic information collection equipment to score points;
3. The rules of the competition shall not use the yellow (highly unconventional) system and the brown convention (see the 2013 China Bridge Competition Rules);
4, each round (section) each team partner can only use psychological call in 1 deck of cards.
(6) The participating players shall bring the agreed card in duplicate to the competition table.
Seven, incentives
(1) Four teams before the open team competition will give bonuses
First place: 60,000 yuan Second place: 26,000 yuan
Third place: 15,000 yuan Fourth place: 10,000 yuan
(2) Additional points for the Swiss Shift Tournament
Group A rewards the top six: the first place is 9,000 yuan; the second place is 7,000 yuan; the third place is 5,000 yuan;
The fourth place is 4,000 yuan; the fifth place is 3,000 yuan; the sixth place is 2,000 yuan;
The seventh place is 1,500 yuan; the eighth place is 1,000 yuan.
Group B rewards the top six: the first place is 4,000 yuan; the second place is 3,000 yuan; the third place is 2,000 yuan;
The fourth place is 1,500 yuan; the fifth place is 1200 yuan; the sixth place is 1,000 yuan.
Group C rewards the top five: the first place is 3,000 yuan; the second place is 2,000 yuan; the third place is 1,500 yuan;
The fourth place is 1,000 yuan; the fifth place is 1,000 yuan.
(3) The members of the China Bridge Association who have obtained the rankings shall be awarded the Masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association".

Nine, other instructions
1. Each team is limited to the team leader, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.
2. The registration fee for this competition is 1,500 yuan per team. The transportation expenses of each team will be taken care of by themselves. The personnel participating in the competition team must purchase the life safety insurance during the competition.

4. The accommodation of the participants shall be arranged by the organizing committee:
Wujiazui International Hotel: double standard room, according to 400 yuan / person, including breakfast buffet in the morning and evening; single room according to different grades, 600 yuan / person - 800 yuan / person, including breakfast buffet in the morning and evening;
Yuehu Hotel: Double standard room, according to 350 yuan / person, including breakfast buffet in the middle and late (breakfast at Yuehu Hotel, dinner at Wujiazui International Hotel); single room according to different grades, 500 yuan / person - 600 yuan / person, including breakfast buffet in the middle and late (breakfast at Yuehu Hotel, lunch and dinner at Wujiazui International Hotel).

5. The other expenses of the competition are the responsibility of the organizer.
