V. Participation methods:


(1) The bridge associations of the cities under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province and the bridges of neighboring cities of Zhejiang and Shanghai participated in the competition.


Specific invitation list: Xuzhou, Yancheng, Huai'an, Lianyungang, Nantong, Suqian each team; Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Taizhou (including Taixing) each 2 teams; Nanjing, Wuxi (including Jiangyin) 3 teams; Suzhou (including Taicang) 4 Teams; 2 teams in Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Huzhou; 1 team in Ningbo and Shaoxing; 3 teams in Shanghai; and 36 teams in Changzhou. If there is a city absence or addition, please report it to the organizing committee in advance, and the organizing committee will allocate it in a unified manner.


(2) The name of the team will be registered in the city name + team name, or you can directly name it in the city name. Foreigners can't be invited for this event. Athletes must be local residents and hold local household registration. Any athlete who has participated in the national A-class club competition from January 2014 to July 2015 cannot participate in this competition.


(3) Each team can report 4-6 athletes. The team leader and coach are in principle employed by the athletes. The number of teams participating in the team is 36-38 teams, which is subject to the order of registration.


(4) The registration fee for each team is 800 yuan. Submit the registration form and remit the registration fee to Changzhou Bridge Association.


(5) The accommodation and accommodation of each team shall be arranged by the organizing committee.


(6) If you arrange accommodation and accommodation by yourself, the competition organizing committee has the right to cancel the qualifications for the competition, and the registration fee is not refundable.


 V. Competition method


(1) Competition method: The competition is held in two stages:


One stage: qualifying


In the use of the points programming, a total of 7 rounds of competition, each round of 10 decks, ranked by the cumulative VP points. The top eight teams (if the host Changzhou team does not enter the top eight, the top seven teams and the host Changzhou team participate in the knockout. If the host Changzhou team enters the top 8 in qualifying, then press The resulting team participated in the knockout round. A total of 8 teams entered the second stage of the knockout, and the team that did not enter the knockout stage entered the second stage of the additional points.


second stage:


(1) Elimination


Quarterfinals: The 1-3th qualifying team selects opponents from the 5-8 qualifying teams in turn, and the 1st and 4th qualifying in the first half, the 2nd place and The third place is in the lower half. 20 decks of the game. In 2 sessions, the winning team entered the semi-finals and the losing team entered the knockout 2-1.


Semi-final: According to the match table, the game has 20 decks, divided into 2 sections, the winning team enters the finals, and the negative team participates in three or four play-offs. Elimination 2-1: Refer to the semi-final match table, the winning team entered the knockout 3-1, the negative team entered the knockout 3-2. 20 decks of the game, divided into 2 sections. Finals and three or four play-offs: 20 decks of the game, divided into 2 sessions. Elimination 3-1, knockout 3-2: 20 decks of the game, divided into 2 sections.


(2) Additional points orchestration: In the first stage, the team that did not enter the knockout stage took 40% of the total score of each team's VP to enter the additional points, and the competition was 6 rounds, 10 rounds each, to accumulate VP rankings. Teams that meet in the first phase are allowed to meet once in the second phase.


(2) Execution of the China Bridge Competition Rules and the Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Competition Rules (2013) approved by the China Bridge Association.


1. Each pair of players participating in the competition must bring 2 cards of the agreed card to the table.


2. Qualifying and additional points are not allowed to use psychological bidding. Each pair of players in the playoffs is allowed to use a psychological bid in one game. It is forbidden to use the yellow (highly used) bidding system and the brown convention.


3. The athletes in the venue must close the communication equipment. If the competitor is found to be in violation, the 2VP will be deducted for the first time, and the qualification will be cancelled for the second time.


4. No smoking inside the venue. In violation of the regulations, deduct 0.5VP.


5. At the beginning of each round, the contestant is forbidden to leave the seat. Please inform the referee in advance if there are special circumstances.


6. There is no arbitration committee in this competition. When there is a dispute over the judgment of the referee, the technical representative will perform the final procedure after fully consulting the judge and relevant opinions.


7. Technical representatives and referees are appointed by the Changzhou Bridge Association.


8. The game uses electronic information collection equipment to score. Special requirements: The contestant must check the entry result before leaving the game at the end of the game. Strictly implement the "Chinese Bridge Regulations" Article 29, paragraph 3 "The athletes of both sides should check the results of the whole round (section) of the table before leaving the table. If an error is found, the referee must immediately report the correction. After leaving the table , and then find the error, do not increase the score, except for the group knockout."


(3) The registration number of each team shall be arranged by the organizing committee of the conference in the same place, and no further lottery shall be drawn. The first round of the match is 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, ... in the second round, the team is scheduled according to the results of each team. The entire game is not repeated.


(4) Use prefabricated signboards throughout the game.


(5) The leader team will not be held in this competition, and the relevant competition matters shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations.


6. Admissions and awards


(1) The top eight in the team competition and the top six in the playoffs. Give trophies, medals, bonuses.

(3) Relevant expenses


1. Each person will be charged a room and board fee of 350 yuan per day (including breakfast and lunch buffet), and will be paid in 2 days.


2. If you need a single room or suite, you should submit it at the time of registration. The single room is priced at 590 yuan per person per day; the suite is priced at 850 yuan per person per day (both inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner), and is paid in 2 days.

Changzhou Mingdu International Conference Center is 21 kilometers away from Changzhou Railway Station and Changzhou Bus Station. The taxi is about 70 yuan. Route: Take G42 Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway to S39 Jiangyi Expressway at Changhong West Road/Wujin Economic Development Zone/Niutang Exit, head toward Nanhuan Road/Changhong Road, drive about 2km and turn right into Dongfang South Road for about 1000 meters. Huai'an is 312 km from Changzhou Mingdu International Conference Center and it takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes to drive.
