(1) Sub-station: It is divided into six stations.


First stop: April 25-26, 2015 Gongshu District

Third stop: July 4th to 5th, 2015, Shangcheng District


Fourth stop: August 22-23, 2015


Fifth stop: September 12-13, 2015 Binjiang District


Sixth Station: October 24-25, 2015 Fuyang City


(II) Finals: Hosted by Xihu District from November 20 to 22, 2015

      The sub-station competition will be undertaken by the sports bureaus and sports associations of each district in turn, and will be co-organized by the bridge associations of all districts. The finals were hosted by the Xihu District Sports Bureau.


Second, the organizer and organizer:

Third, the competition project:


The 10th Bridge League is set up: League and Friendship. There are six sub-station races and finals in the league. There are set-up matches in the races and finals.


Fourth, the participating units:


Hangzhou City is a group of 12 units including Shangcheng, Xiacheng, Gongshu, Xihu, Jianggan, Binjiang, Yuhang, Xiaoshan District, Fuyang City, Tonglu County and Vision Investment and Technology Venture Team. ); Hangzhou Bridge Association member units and bridge enthusiasts, member bridge associations of all districts can freely sign up for the association.


V. Entry methods:


(1) One team from Shangcheng, Xiacheng, Gongshu, Xihu, Jianggan, Binjiang, Yuhang District, Vision Investment, Yinjiang Science and Technology Team, Fuyang City, Xiaoshan District and Tonglu County participated in the league (open team competition) , limited to 12 teams.


(2) Inviting members of the Hangzhou Bridge Association to participate in the networking competition with bridge enthusiasts and members of the bridge associations. (Apply according to the venue conditions, until the time is full).


(3) For each sub-station and finals, each team can report 1 team leader and 1 coach, 4-6 athletes, and at least 4 members of Hangzhou Bridge Association must be guaranteed.


Sixth, the competition method:


(1) The current league adopts 20VP points system


(2) Sub-station competition. A total of six stations, the league's sub-station competitions, two groups to carry out group round robin, the first station according to the previous league finals results ranking, snake-shaped arrangement group, the second station began to rank according to the previous station results, snake Forming and grouping, in order to accumulate VP rankings (the relevant clauses of the referee law on the determination of the same ranking when the VP is the same), the top two of each group enters the 2-1 round robin; the last four of each group enters the 2-2 points choreography .


1. The first stage: the use of group cycle system competition. The game played a total of 5 rounds, with 14 decks per round. Ranked by VP.


2. The second stage: the first two teams in the first stage entered the 2-1 round to decide 1-4, and the second four in the group entered 2-2 to perform three rounds of qualifying, with 14 players per round. 2 points before the game, the name is 5, 6.


3, the top 2 teams in the league group with 50% of the total VP of the preliminaries entered the 2-1 round robin; the last 4 with 30% of the total VP of the preliminaries entered 2-2 for three rounds of qualifying, with 14 decks per round. Arrangement: According to the preliminaries VP and IMP rate in the first round, the match is played according to the “high scores, high scores, low scores and low scores”.


4. Each station is replaced by a place name, the first place is 13 points; the second place is 11 points; the third place is 10 points... and so on. The rankings of the six stations are added to the total scores, and they are ranked in the finals in order of total score.


5. Introduce the lifting level mechanism. After the first stop, the team that does not host the league (such as Xiaoshan, Tonglu, etc.) will be ranked as the last team. From the second station, it will drop to the friendship match, the first place in the first station. After entering the league, the team that did not host the league in the race or the team that was promoted from the league was dropped to the league. The first place in the previous tournament was promoted to the league.


 


    (3) Finals. Single round robin, 12 rounds per round; according to the total score of the sub-station, the first place is 19.5 points; the second place is 16.5 points; the third place is 15 points.... and so on, plus the ranking of this competition. , the final result of this league. (4) Friendship


The first stage: the use of integral programming. The game played a total of 5 rounds, with 14 decks per round. Ranked by VP.


The second stage: the knockout. The first eight teams in the first stage entered the knockout round, and the match used a double defeat knockout match. The preliminaries 1 and 4 were named one zone, and the 2nd and 3rd were named a zone. A total of three rounds.


1. The first round of knockouts: The first three teams in the first stage selected the opponents from the 5-8 teams in the first stage to carry out 14 deck elimination games. The winning team entered the knockout 2-1 and the negative team entered the knockout 2-2.


2. In the second round of the elimination round, 14 decks will be played. The 2-1 winners will enter the championship and runner-up finals. The knockout 2-1 losers will play 3-4 additional matches. The knockout 2-2 winners will compete for 5-6, and the knockout will be 2-2. The loser is vying for 7-8.


3. The third round of knockouts: 14 decks of matches, 3-1 winners and runners-up in the knockout. The 3-2 winner of the knockout 3-2 and the 4th of the loser. The 5-3 winner in the playoffs was 5th and the loser was 6th.


4. The number of preliminaries in the association match is 1IM with 2IMP, but the maximum is 1/4 of the next stage, which is 3.5IMP.


5. If you have not entered the top eight team in the preliminaries, you can re-register. If you have more than 6 teams, organize a play-offs (three rounds of qualifying, 100 yuan for rewards, 2 awards), less than 6 teams. The game is no longer organized.


(5) The competition adopts the “China Bridge Competition Rules” approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.


1. All participating players must bring the agreed card to participate in the competition;


2. The game is forbidden to use the yellow and other very useful systems, and it is forbidden to use the brown convention; for the heart, every player in the league is allowed once per round, and the association is forbidden to use.


7. Admissions and incentives:


Sub-station: The top 6 players in the league and the association will be rewarded. The first place in the league won the championship flow cup.


Finals: 12 in the league and 6 in the first place in the league. The Open Team Championship won the current League Cup.


Sign up:


1. Each unit must send the registration form to the Hangzhou Bridge Association and the competition area 10 days before the start of each station.


2. Registration fee: 500 yuan / team station. Friendship 300 yuan / team each team to participate in self-care costs.


Eight, competition discipline:


(1) Strictly implement the regulations on competition discipline in the “Measures for the Management of Bridge Competition (Trial)” issued by the State Sports Commission.


(2) Mobile phones and pagers are strictly forbidden in the stadium. During each game, the mobile phone of the contestant rings or vibrates, and the relevant team 2VP is deducted. The players who appear many times will be further punished and may be partially suspended, as determined by the organizing committee. If the player picks up the mobile phone or views the information, the team will be disqualified from participating in the game. The score is calculated based on the team's abstention.


     (3) Pay attention to civility and politeness, enter the arena must be neatly dressed and wear valid documents.


     (4) The audience shall not move around to watch the cards. Players who do not play shall not watch the competition of the team (except for the recorder).


     (5) If the contestant leaves the seat, he must obtain the consent of the referee and go with the competitors at the same table.


(6) During each competition period, smoking is prohibited in the no-smoking areas in the vicinity of the stadium and the venue. If it is found that a contestant violates this stipulation, deduct the relevant team 1VP. The multiple appearances of the players will be further penalized, decided by the organizing committee.


(7) Respect the referee, respect the opponent, respect the companion, and do not appear uncomfortable behavior in the process of arrogance or insulting language. If it is found, deduct the relevant team 1VP. If there are multiple appearances or persuasion that no change will be further penalized, the organizing committee will decide.


(8) No loud noises in the competition venue and surrounding areas. Those who have been persuaded to be invalid shall report to the organizing committee for disciplinary punishment.


(9) When there is a deduction in the knockout, it shall be converted into the corresponding IMP according to the rules and regulations.


      9. Appeal:


The competition set up an arbitration committee to accept complaints from each team. All appeals must be submitted to the referee by the appeal team leader within 30 minutes after the end of the game, and within 2 hours of the end of the game (as the referee may specify, the written request materials and appeal fee 300) yuan.
