Fourth, registration confirmation:


(1) All participating units are required to apply for registration according to the “Competition Regulations”. The registration time is until 24:00 on March 20, and the application is not processed on time.


(2) The list of changes must be held before March 27. For outdated changes, each change (team name, team member replacement, increase team members, etc.) will be paid 100 yuan.
