Supplementary Provisions




1. Execute the China Bridge Competition Rules and the Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Competition Rules (2017) approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.


 


Second, the competition method


The U12, U14, and beginner experience teams were divided into two phases.


(a) The first stage: the preliminaries.


Using the integral programming system, a total of 6 rounds, 14 decks per round. The top 8 auto-matches in each group entered the second stage of the knockout; the teams that did not enter the knockout stage were ranked by group.


(2) The second stage: the knockout and qualifying.


1. Elimination:


The 1/4 knockout has a total of 2 cards and 14 decks per session.


The semi-final and play-offs 1 will be played in 3 sessions with 14 decks per session.


The finals and play-offs 2 are played in 3 sessions with 14 decks per session.


2. Qualifying: A total of 6 rounds of qualifying, 14 decks per round.


 


Third, the game arrangement


(1) The serial number of each team shall be decided by the referee.


(2) The list of appearances is completed by entering the membership number on the table using the input device.


(3) The home and guest team


1. Round robin: The match against the squadron in the table is the former team.


2. Elimination: The team in the preliminaries is the main team.


3. The home team is sitting in the north and south and sitting in the closed room.


(4) Seat selection rights in the knockout stage: The first team will sit first in the first quarter, and the second team will sit in the first quarter. The third quarter of the final is seated back to back.


 


Fourth, the game program


(1) Using computer prefabricated competition cards.


(2) Using electronic information collection equipment to score points.


(3) The yellow system is forbidden in all competitions, and the use of brown conventions is prohibited.


(4) All competitions are prohibited from using psychological calls.


 


5. Time limit for playing and time limit for competition


(1) Time limit for playing: All athletes must enter the venue 5 minutes before the start time of the competition to prepare for the competition.


(2) Time limit for competition:


14 decks 120 minutes


(3) When the time limit for the match is reached, all the cards that have not been called are cancelled. The card that has already made the bid is allowed to have a timeout of 8 minutes. Exceeding the time limit, the team round robin and doubles are dealt with according to the time limit penalty rules. Team knockouts are not penalized.


 


Six, with points


There are no points in the knockout and qualifying.


 


Seven, the number of elimination play plus cards


If you need to play in the knockout, you will play 2 decks.


 


Eight, appeal


There is no arbitration committee in this competition. When there is a dispute over the judgment of the referee, the referee will perform the reconsideration procedure and make a final decision after fully consulting and listening to the relevant opinions.
