I. Organizers: Chongqing Bridge Association, Chongqing Kangtian Real Estate Co., Ltd.
Second, the organizer: Chongqing Chess Institute.
Third, the date and place of the competition: December 4-7, 2014 (starting at 6 pm on the 4th) in the fifth floor of the Chongqing Chess House.
Fourth, the competition project: open team competition.
V. Competition methods and rewards:
1. Competition method: The first stage is the preliminaries, and 9 rounds of the Swiss shift system preliminaries will be held. 14 decks per round, take the top 8 outlets.
The second stage is the knockout and play-offs. There are 28 decks in the quarter-finals and semi-finals, 32 in the finals, and 2 sessions. The teams that failed to enter the knockout stage will have another 6 rounds of additional Swiss shifts. The teams that failed to enter the semi-finals will be in the third round. Participated in the Swiss competition (scheduled and distributed with additional provisions), 14 rounds of each round of the play-off.
2. Reward: 4 people in the open team competition will be given 5,000 yuan, 3,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, 1,500 yuan respectively. The top 8 players in the Swiss shift will be given 1500, 1200 yuan, 1,000 yuan, 800 yuan, 600 yuan. 600 yuan, 400 yuan, 400 yuan reward.
Sixth, the entry method: Any bridge enthusiasts can freely team up to sign up for the competition.
1. Registration fee: The registration fee for this competition is 600 yuan/team.
2. Registration method: The registration deadline is 12:00 on December 1, 2014. The list will be sent to the Chongqing Bridge Association in the form of a schedule (Address: No. 31, Sports Village, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, 400015, Tel: 63063115, Fax: 63854707), and send a list of e-mails to the mailbox: 2094641045@qq.com.
3. The team leader will be held at 16:30 pm on December 4, and the 3VP will be deducted from the preliminaries.
7. The referee and the staff of the competition shall be selected by the organizer. The members of the Zhongzheng Committee are selected by the City Bridge Association.
8. The right to interpret this regulation belongs to Chongqing Bridge Association.
