  V. Participation methods:


   1. All contestants must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.


   2. Online registration: Foreign provinces, cities and bridge enthusiasts can sign up for the team (provisional 35). The registration fee will be subject to the receipt of payment.


   3. Specially invited: Jiangsu Hongtu High-Tech Co., Ltd. specially invited the participating teams of the power system to participate in the competition.


   4. Local registration: The local branches of the Shaanxi Bridge Association (provisional 15) will be eligible to participate in the online registration.


   5. No more than two athletes in the list of participating teams in each team have the 2014 National Bridge Class A Club League experience.


   6. The participation fee of each participating team is self-care.


  Sixth, the game method:


    The competition is divided into two phases.


     Phase 1: Qualifying


      In the point arrangement, there are 10 rounds of 12 rounds in each round. The ranking is determined according to the cumulative number of VPs.


     Second stage: ranking and knockout


      In the first stage, the top 7 teams and the host Shaanxi team received a total of eight teams to enter the knockout. If the Shaanxi team ranked in the top seven, the eighth place automatically entered the bench. The teams ranked 1, 2, and 3 select opponents in the 5-8 teams to enter the quarterfinals.


    The quarterfinals are divided into two sections, each with 12 decks. The winning team entered the semi-finals, and the negative team entered the third round of the rankings with the average of the first six VPs in the second round of the rankings and the VP of the team's qualifying VPs. The semi-final was divided into two quarters, with 12 decks in each section. The winning team competed for the championship and the runner-up competed for 3-4. The finals and the play-offs will be held in three sessions with 12 decks per session. The remaining teams took 75% of the first-stage results, and the A and B teams entered the rankings. The first 26 teams (excluding the teams entering the quarter-finals) entered the Group A. From the third round of the rankings, the negative team in the quarterfinals automatically entered the group A. The other participating teams entered the B group. The ranking competition uses the point programming method for a total of 7 rounds, 12 decks per round. Finally, the cumulative number of VPs obtained by each team is scheduled for each group.


    The two teams of all points scheduling should not repeat the match at the same stage.

    Each pair of contestants will participate in the competition with the appointment card.


 Seven, ranking admission and reward methods:


   1. Champion 60,000 yuan, runner-up 30,000 yuan, third place 15,000 yuan, fourth place 12,000 yuan


   2. Rank match A group: first place 10,000 yuan, second place 8000 yuan, third place 7000 yuan, fourth place 6,000 yuan, fifth place 5,000 yuan, sixth place 4,000 yuan, seventh place 3,000 yuan, eighth The name is 2,000 yuan, and the ninth to the twelfth each is 1,000 yuan.


   3. Rank B: The first place is 5,000 yuan, the second place is 4,000 yuan, the third place is 3,000 yuan, the fourth place is 2,000 yuan, and the fifth to eighth are each 1,000 yuan.


   4. Among the participating teams in Shaanxi Province who participated in the local competition, the top six teams (including the Shaanxi Bridge Association team) will be awarded 5,000 yuan for the first place, 3,000 yuan for the second place, and 2,000 yuan for the third place. Each of the six awards is 1,000 yuan. If the team wins the prize in the first three awards, unless they give up, they can't have both, and they will be replaced by the follow-up.


   5. There are also 6 lucky winners, each of which is 1,000 yuan. It is decided by lottery in the team that has never won the award at the award ceremony.


   6. The Power System Celebrity Bridge Invitational Bonus Program is fixed.

  4, report


      All teams must report to Xi'an Northwest Hotel before 20:00 on December 17, 2014. And participate in the leader's meeting held at 20:30 on the evening of the same day.
