Fourth, the time and place of the competition:


Date of the competition: December 5-7, 2014


Venue: Longyan Zhongkai International Hotel


V. Competition items:


Team-style competition: divided into Class A, Class B, and Open Group;


Doubles: Mitchell Doubles, open and mixed.


Sixth, the entry method:


(1) 12 teams in the A-level Finals: consisting of the top 8 in the 2013 Finals, the 3rd-level promotion, and the Longyan Bridge Association.


(2) 12 teams in the second-level promotion competition: consisting of 4 teams in the 2013 Finals Grade A and 4 teams in the B class.


(3) Open 20 teams in the first competition: Free team, until the time of full.


Seven, the competition method:


(1) Competition methods


1. Grade A Finals: Grade A falls to 4, Grade B rises to third (retains a Grade A quota for the next hosting area). It is divided into two phases.


The first stage: round robin, 11 rounds, 7 decks per game, ranked by VP points. 1-4 entered the semi-finals, 5, 6 against the 5th and 6th, and 7-10 entered the knockout 1-1 and 1-2 respectively, and the 11th and 12th were downgraded.


The second stage: the divisional knockout.


(1) Round 1 Elimination


Semi-final: In the first stage, 1-4 players will play 24 decks in two sessions. The first team has the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team entered the finals and the negative team entered 3 or 4 matches.


Elimination 1-1: The first stage of the 7th and 8th places will be played in 24 decks, divided into 2 sections. The winning team relegated and the negative team entered the knockout 2-1.


Elimination 1-2: The first stage of 9, 10 for 24 deck games, divided into 2 sections. The winning team entered the knockout 2-1 and the team relegated.


At the same time, the first stage of 5, 6 for 24 decks of competition, the fifth, sixth, is also divided into two sections.


(2) Round 2 Elimination


Final: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into 2 sessions.


3, 4 matches: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into 2 sessions.


Elimination 2-1: The negative team of the elimination 1-1 and the winning team of the elimination 1-2 will play 24 deck games. The winning team relegated and the team relegated.


2. Grade B promotion: Class B rises to three and drops four. It is divided into two phases.


The first stage: round robin, 11 rounds, 7 decks per game, ranked by VP points. 1-4 entered the knockout 1-1, 5, and 6 against the 5th and 6th, and 7-10 entered the knockout 1-2 and 1-3 respectively, and the 11th and 12th were downgraded.

Elimination 1-3: The first stage of 9 and 10 will be played in 24 decks, divided into 2 sections. The winning team entered the knockout 2-2 and the team relegated.


At the same time, the first stage of 5, 6 for 24 decks of competition, the fifth, sixth, is also divided into two sections.


(2) Round 2 Elimination


Final B: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into 2 sessions.


Elimination 2-1: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into 2 sessions. The winning team upgraded and the team won the fourth place.


Elimination 2-2: The negative team of the Elimination 1-2 and the winning team of the Elimination 1-3 will play 24 decks. The winning team relegated and the team relegated.


    3, open competition first: the first three grades. It is divided into two stages.


    The first stage: depending on the registration situation, the group round robin or Swiss shift, 7 cards per game, ranked by VP points. Take the top 8 to enter the knockout.


    The other teams entered the second phase of the shift. In the second stage, the Swiss shift is played in n rounds (the number of rounds is determined according to the total number of rounds minus the number of rounds in the first stage), and the negative team of the quarter knockout is divided into the shifts of the division. The Swiss shift rewards the top four.


(2) Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.


(3) The athlete must carry the appointment card when playing the game.


(4) About the brown bidding system and the psychological tactical bidding: the brown bidding system is forbidden to use. The psychological tactical bidding preliminaries are forbidden to use, and the final stage competition allows each pair of pairs in each round.


Eight, registration method:


(1) Athletes must be bridge enthusiasts registered by the Fujian Bridge Association. The qualification for the registration of athletes is based on the registered 2014.


(2) Any bridge enthusiast who works and studies in Fujian Province can participate in the competition (each team can allow up to 2 foreign aid or professional players to participate).


(3) Registration fee: 800 yuan / team, paid before the game.


IX. Admissions and awards: Bonuses and certificates will be awarded separately for the winners.


(1) The top 6 and the last four teams in the first-class finals will be awarded to the second-class team.


The first place is 8,000 yuan, the second place is 6,000 yuan, and the third place is 4,000 yuan.


The fourth place is 3,000 yuan, the fifth place is 2,000 yuan, and the sixth place is 1,000 yuan.


(2) The top 6 and the top three teams in the second-level promotion will be promoted to the first-class team.


The first place is 4,000 yuan, the second place is 3,000 yuan, and the third place is 2,000 yuan.


The fourth place is 1,000 yuan, the fifth place is 800 yuan, and the sixth place is 600 yuan.


(3) The top 4 and the top three teams will be promoted to the second team.


The first place is 2,000 yuan, the second place is 1,500 yuan, and the third place is 1,000 yuan.


The fourth place is 800 yuan.


(4) The top 4 winners of the Swiss Grand Prix in the open competition.


The first place is 1,000 yuan, the second place is 800 yuan, and the third place is 600 yuan.


The fourth place is 500 yuan.


(5) Two-way top three in the two-way award competition


The first place is 500 yuan/pair, the second place is 300 yuan/pair, and the third place is 100 yuan/pair.


(6) Granting the Master of China Bridge Association according to regulations.


X. Registration and registration:


(1) Registration:


Registration will begin immediately, and if the A and B teams are absent, they will be replenished from the back; the open competition will be completed by 20 teams.

(2) The list of the last A and B teams is as follows:


Class A team: Dragon Star Team, Ningde 2 Team, Quanzhou Fengda, Fuzhou 1 Team, Wuyishan Yichen, Sanming Team, Longyan Team, Provincial Women's Team, Xiamen Shanyu, Ningde 1 Team, Provincial Bridge Association, Host Team ( Longyan 2 team).


B-level team: Bridge Friends United, Quanzhou Electric Power, Xiamen Special Housing, Putian Team, Xiamen Air Traffic Control, Qingliu Team, Xiamen Radio and Television, Wuyishan Team, with the Wind, Changle Telecom, Ocean III, Zhangzhou Team.


The registration list of the A and B teams must have at least 3 players from the original team to retain the qualifications. If there is a Class A team that has not been able to participate, the number of vacancies will be replenished in the order of the results of the 2013 provincial competition.


(3) Each team will arrange along the Longkai Zhongkai International Hotel. The standard room is 238/day (including breakfast), lunch is 60 yuan/person, the dinner is not arranged at the conference, and the first-class team provides 3 standard rooms and lunch for free. The team and the public group have their own room and board expenses.


(4) The participants of this registration shall not change. If the athletes who participated in the competition are unable to participate due to special circumstances, they may make changes according to the project regulations and approved by the organizing committee before November 26. If the participating unit abstains from voting for the project, the unit will lose the right to participate in the next bridge finals and reserve the right to further penalties.
