2014 Hebei Bridge Team Competition (Class A and B) Competition Regulations

First, date, location:
Class A is to be determined. Class B was held from November 14 to 16, 2014 at Baoding Donghu Green Island Business Hotel (the intersection of Qiyi Road and East Second Ring Road in Beicheng District).

Fourth, participating units
1. Open Class A: Kongshan Team, Hebei Insurance Regulatory Bureau Team, Tangshan Team, Xingtai Maple Leaf Hotel Team, Xingtai AA Team, Langfang Ancient Team, Sui Team, Shijiazhuang Hobby Team, Shijiazhuang Blue Land Company Team, 613 Team, The empty mountain team and the OpenERP team.
2. Players inside and outside the province can sign up to participate in the B-level group competition.
3. Each player can only participate in one group of matches.
V. Participation methods: Each team can report one team (or coach) and 4-6 athletes. Class A team registration should ensure that at least 3 players have participated in the previous competition, otherwise the corresponding team A level qualification will be cancelled.
Sixth, the competition method:
1. Open Class A: Pre-match single-cycle system, 11 rounds of competition, 12 decks per round, ranked 1-12 of the preliminaries with VP total score. The first 1-4th place in the preliminaries entered the competition area. The first place in the semi-final of the competition was the 4th, the 2nd, the 3rd, the 16th match, the winner 1/2 final, the 3/4th of the winner. In the final, the final is divided into two sections and the competition is 24 pairs. The 5-8th and 9th-12th preliminaries entered the prefecture zone and the relegation zone respectively, and the sub-district zone and the relegation zone respectively re-circulated 3 rounds of 12 decks respectively, with 3 rounds of VP total score and 75% preliminaries VP total score. The sum is 5-12, and the 10-12th is downgraded.

Seven, admission rankings
1. After the open A-level group, 3 of them were downgraded, and the top 3 of the B-level group were promoted to the 2015 Open Class A.
2. The top six members of the Open Class A and Class B Groups will be awarded a total of 10,000 yuan for the A-level group and 5,000 yuan for the B-level group and will be declared according to the regulations of the China Bridge Association.
Eight, registration through the China Bridge Network registration, registration fee for the first class 500 yuan, B team 300 yuan.
9. The teams participating in the B-level group shall report to the competition area of Baoding Donghu Lvdao Business Hotel (the intersection of Qiyi Road and Dongerhuan Road in Beicheng District) before 18:00 on November 14th. The accommodation and accommodation shall be arranged by the Organizing Committee. The accommodation fee is 360 yuan per person (standard room), and the room and board expenses are self-care.
