Twenty-six teams from 15 railway bureaus, China Railway Engineering, China Railway Construction, China North Locomotive, China South Locomotive, Triathlon, and the Institute of Iron and Steel, and other units participated in the competition. After four days of fierce competition, the final host of the Chengdu Railway Bureau won the championship, the Nanchang Railway Bureau team won the runner-up, and the China Railway Construction Team won the third runner-up.
