I. Project introduction


  (1) Project Name: City Bridge Promotion Month along the “Belt and Road” in 2018


(2) Holding time: November-December 2018


(III) Venue: Xi'an, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Haikou, Nanjing, five cities along the “Belt and Road”.


(IV) Source of funds: Special funds for the promotion of bridge cards.


Second, the applicant's qualification requirements brief description


(1) having the ability to independently bear civil liability;


(2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;


(3) having the personnel, equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;


(4) having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;


(5) There are no major illegal records in the business activities in the past three years;


(6) The purchase does not accept the quotation of the consortium;


(7) The design unit shall not be a supplier of the list of parties to the “credit China” website and the list of parties involved in the major tax violation cases, and shall not purchase the suppliers in the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records for the government procurement network of the Chinese government;


(8) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different supplier with controlling or management relationship, and may not participate in the same subcontracted government procurement activities.


Third, the activity effect requirements


(1) Incorporate bridge popularization and bridge event activities in the region into the “One Belt and One Road” cultural exchange and exhibition activities in the city, and hold various forms of bridge promotion activities with the theme of “Belt and Road”, including each city. Organize no less than 3 popular lectures, no less than 2 concentrated promotional activities, no less than 2 landings.


(2) Organizing the City Bridge Promotion Competition along the “Belt and Road”


(3) At least one bridge exchange activity with the countries related to the “Belt and Road” will be held, and countries along the line will be invited to participate in the friendly matches between the cities along the route.


(4) The total population of each city is not less than 1,000, the total population of five cities is not less than 7,000, the number of participants in the promotion is not less than 500, and the total number of participants is not less than 50,000.


(5) Organizing the launching ceremony or closing ceremony of one event.


(6) Publicity requirements


1. Each city event invites no less than 5 traditional news media and 3 new media to report on the event, including no less than 2 national media, no less than 1 TV media, and the number of original promotional manuscripts is not less than 5 articles, the total number of reports must not be less than 10.


2. Produce special promotional videos for the event, the total duration should not be shorter than 10 minutes.


3. Carry out the “One Belt, One Road, Bridge Bridge” microblogging theme publicity campaign, collect all kinds of original short videos and pictures, articles, no less than 200, the topic reading volume is not less than 100,000.


  3. Materials submitted by the sponsoring unit in writing


1. The identity certificate of the applicant and the letter of authorization of the legal person (the authorized person must be at the level of the department or branch manager, and the authorization letter should indicate the position);


2. The company's business license, qualification certificate, tax registration certificate (copy);


3. Company profile (including company size, team personnel) and outstanding similar projects completed in the country in the past three years;


4. Project quotation and budget statement;


5. Undertake the work plan and schedule.


  4. Deadline for submission of the application materials: 17:00 on October 21, 2018.


  V. Applicant unit review


After receiving the materials, the chess center will review and evaluate the data, select the design unit from the selection, and publicize it on the Internet. The publicity date is 5 working days from the date of publication.


  6. Signing a cooperation agreement


  After the publicity, the winning bidder will be produced. The organizer and the winning bidder will agree on the activity plan and clarify the cooperation related matters, agree on the relevant standards and conditions of the activity, and sign the cooperation agreement.
