Kangma Cup 2014 Changsha City Bridge A-level competition rules

        The Changsha Bridge Association decided to hold the 2014 "Kangma Cup" Changsha Bridge A League in the Bridge Edge Club from September 19th to 21st. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:


First, the game time
The team leader will be held at 19:00 on September 19 (Friday) and the game will start at 19:30.
Second, the participating teams
     Great Wall Information, Xingye Chenxi, Provincial Agricultural Bank, Hydropower Institute, Hunan Development, Bump Advertising, Shenzhou Arc Ion, Zhuzhou New City, Hunan University, Hunan Post and Telecommunications Planning and Design Institute, Provincial Salt Industry Company, Provincial Public Security Department, Provincial Economic and Information Committee, Kang cavalry
Third, the system and rewards:
Reward: The top 6 of the competition rewards, the last 5 are reduced to the second division
System:


The first stage: 14 teams single cycle preliminaries, according to VP from high to low discharge 1 to 14.
The second stage: the first four teams in the preliminaries, 1-4, 2-3, respectively, PK (2 knots), the winner enters the championship and runner-up finals, the loser enters 2-1;


                    The PK (2 knots) of the 5-6 players in the preliminaries, the winner enters 2-1, and the loser ranks 6th;


                    The 7th team in the preliminaries will be relegated directly; the PK (2 knots) of the 8-9 teams in the preliminaries will be relegated by the winners and the waiters will wait;


                    Teams 10-13 of the preliminaries 10-13, 11-12 respectively PK (2 knots), the winner enters 2-2, the loser is downgraded.
The third stage: the championship final (4);
                    2-1 triangle competition, divided into 4 sections, according to VP row 3, 4, 5;
                    2-2 points and 2 knots PK, the winner and the PK bearers of the 8-9 teams of the preliminaries will play 2 games, the winner will be relegated, and the loser will be downgraded. From preliminaries to rematch, each game is 7 decks.


Fourth, the cost of the game
In 2014, the team that was promoted to the first grade by the second grade was required to pay the registration fee of 400 yuan; the original team A should pay the annual membership fee of 800 yuan and the registration fee of 400 yuan.
