In 2014, the Guangzhou Sports Festival Bridge Team Competition attracted 23 teams to participate in the competition. The Guangzhou Cotton Tree Team, led by Mr. Gao Wenwei, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Bridge Association, won the championship!

Players: Gao Wenwei, Chen Jien, Lou Xingcheng, Liu Song, Ma Junshan, Wu Jianhong.
The youth team composed of Huanong graduate students played well and won the runner-up.
The Provincial Geological Bureau, Tianma Xingkong, Dacheng Lawyer, Hewlett-Packard, Hongmianzhu Village, and the Bridge Team were awarded 3-8.
