1. Implementation of the China Bridge Competition Rules and the Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Competition Rules (2014) approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013. However, the provisions in this regulation that are inconsistent with the rules are subject to these provisions.
Second, the game method
According to the "Competition Regulations", but the total number of teams is less than or exceeds 40 teams, taking half of the total number of teams, the total number of teams is rounded down when the number of teams is single. In principle, the second group A is 20 teams.
Third, serial number and arrangement
(1) Match number
1. The serial number of each team in the first stage is determined by the referee's pre-competition competition. After the lottery, the serial number of each team will be announced on China Bridge Network. The first stage of each team's ranking is the serial number of each team in the second stage.
2. The first round of the first stage is arranged according to 1-2, 3-4....
3. The first round of the second stage is arranged according to 1-2, 3-4... and 21-22, 23-24. Teams that have met in the first phase can repeat the match in the second phase, but only once in the same phase.
4. Before the last round of the second stage, if the team must obtain the first place in the group, if the team is singular, arrange the team to be empty; if the team is double, arrange the team and the team last. One is playing the game.
(2), the host and guest team and seat selection rights
1. The small team is the main team in the single round, and the large team is the main team in the double round. The home team sits in the north and south in the open room and sits in the closed room.
2. Each team has no seat selection right and adopts the method of seating at the same time. If there is any objection, use the back-to-back to fill out the list.
Fourth, the game program
(1) It is forbidden to use the yellow system and brown agreement.
(2) Each contestant must bring his own Chinese agreement card to play. Secret agreement is strictly forbidden.
(3) Each pair of players in each round can only use their hearts in a deck of cards.
(4) Match cards: distributed by the players themselves.
(5) Use the screen and push the game.
Calling the contractor and his companions must immediately make a reminder to the other party on the same side of the screen. The reminder must place the reminder card on the top of the last bid card in the bidding board on the same side of the screen. The reminder informs that the reminder has been received by returning the reminder card to the opponent. Enquiries and explanations of the meaning of bidding and playing cards must be in writing. If the reminder or inquiry is not made in accordance with the prescribed method, it is deemed that no reminder or inquiry has been made.
(6) Score sheet
1. The South is responsible for recording the official three-point score sheet. The clear score, round, team number and team name must be filled in the score sheet. The score results are checked and signed by both parties before leaving the table.
2. After each round of the game is completed, the winning team (the IMP is usually the home team) will sign the two first official scores in the opening and closing room signed by both parties to the record desk within 5 minutes after the end of the round.
3. Within 30 minutes after the end time of each round of competition (as required by the referee when requested by the referee), the effective time limit for correcting the score error shall not be changed.
(6) Competition time
1. Time limit for playing: All players should enter the game 5 minutes before the start time of the competition.
2. Competition time limit: 10 decks 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Five, with points
1. Each team takes 40% of the first stage points into the second stage.
2. When the band cannot be divisible, it is calculated according to the rounding standard (retained to 2 decimal places).
6. Decision method for ranking when the points are the same
Execute in accordance with Article 46, paragraph 3 of the China Bridge Competition Rules.
Seven, competition discipline and etiquette requirements
(1) Personnel entering the stadium must be neatly dressed and wear relevant documents for the competition. Don't be loud in the competition field and surrounding areas.
(2) All personnel entering the arena should close the mobile communication tools. During each round (segment) competition, the mobile communication tool of the contestant rings or vibrates. For those who are not answered or not, the relevant team 2VP is deducted; for those who have received or have watched, the relevant team 4VP is deducted for the first time. On the second time, the team is disqualified from participating in the remaining part of the round (the festival), and the score is calculated by “half the exit”.
(3) Smoking is prohibited in the vicinity of the stadium and the venue. If there is any violation of this rule, the relevant team 2VP will be deducted.
(4) The audience (including the team leaders, coaches and non-players) must not walk around and watch the cards. Players who are not on the court are not allowed to watch the game of the team.
(5) If the player needs to leave the seat during the competition, he must obtain the consent of the referee and be accompanied by both parties.
Eight, appeal
(1) The Arbitration Commission of the Competition shall accept the appeals of the teams.
(2) All appeals must be submitted to the referee within 30 minutes after the end of the round (the festival) (as required by the referee when the referee has requested otherwise), and the appeal procedure shall be performed as required, and the appeal fee shall be RMB 300 per time.
 
 
 
 
 
Attachment: Description of the yellow system and brown convention
1. Yellow system (highly used system) means a system that meets any of the following:
1. The absence of a call at the open position indicates that there is at least a normal first-order open call force, even though it may include a weak hand. A weak card refers to a hand with a big card below the average card strength.
2. First-order opening can be weaker than not calling.
3. The first-order opening can be lower than the average card strength by one K. The average card power refers to a hand with 10 big points and no card value.
4. A first-order opening means that a particular suit is a long sleeve or a short sleeve. Long sleeves refer to three or more, and short sleeves refer to two or fewer.
5. A first-order opening indicates that a particular suit or another suit is a long sleeve.
Second, the brown convention is called:
(1) The following convention is called brown convention:
1. Any opening of 2 plums to 3 spades indicates that it may be a weak card, and a weak card does not explicitly specify at least 4 known colors. *But the following opening is not a brown appointment:
A second-order low-flower opening, indicating a weak high-opening of any high flower, regardless of whether there is a strong card option (16 big points or more). However, the opponent can check the written defensive measures in the game.
* A 2 plum to 3 spade opening, all of its weak cards indicate at least 4 known suits, and the strong card shows at least one more K than the average card, which is not a brown contract.
2. For a natural first-order single-set open call, it is not clear that at least four known suits are specified. However, the following disputes do not belong to the brown convention:
(1) Naturally no competition will be called.
(2) The buckle shows a strong card. A strong card refers to a hand with a big card that is at least one K above the average card strength.
(3) For the jumper call of the known color of the other party, the companion is required to call 3NT when the suit has a stop.
3. Any second- or third-order weak two-card bid can be used in only one or three of the suits.
4. The psychological protection of system protection or system requirements. The frequency of occurrence is sufficient for the companion who makes the bidder to know that there may be a significant distortion of the bid, which is a bid based on the inter-partner agreement and is not a psychological call.
(2) Athletes who use brown conventions must indicate brown in the system classification column.
(3) Confrontational contending for forced-opening, brown or yellow systems, not a brown convention.
(4) Openings that may be lower than the 8 major points and without further description shall not be used.
