In order to cultivate young people's interest in the bridge movement and promote the development of the youth bridge movement in our province, the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association held the 2014 Gansu Youth Bridge Summer Camp from July 25th to 27th, 2014.

In order to cultivate young people's interest in the bridge movement and promote the development of the youth bridge movement in our province, the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association held the 2014 Gansu Youth Bridge Summer Camp from July 25th to 27th, 2014.
A total of 28 campers from the 16th Middle School of Lanzhou City, Lanhua No. 1 Middle School, Lanlian Yizhong, Shida High School, Wuquanshan Primary School, Qin'an Road Primary School and two children from Xinjiang participated in the summer camp. According to the length of time they contacted the bridge, the campers were divided into entry-level classes and training classes. In order to run this summer camp, the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association hired two teachers with rich experience in bridge teaching to give lectures to campers; five social instructors were hired for guidance; and two security officers were set up to be responsible for the security of the summer camp.
The theme of the event set by the summer camp substitute teacher is "Bridge and BBO". A series of activities were organized around this theme. The first is that the church campers use the Internet resources - BBO for bridge competition, and the second is to allow the campers to interactively bid and play cards through the BBO platform to improve their bidding and card level. The third is to use the BBO platform to conduct bridge scoring lectures for small campers, from the calculation of the score of a deck of cards to the score of a game.
Through such lectures and training, the campers are fully aware of the importance of bidding accuracy. Let them understand where the key to winning and losing each game is.
In the summer camp, the theoretical lectures and bidding errors were analyzed and corrected. In the afternoon, the actual combat doubles and the actual team team competitions were organized. Through this combination of practice and training, the campers fully felt the charm and fun of the bridge. For the four campers who are about to participate in the national middle school student bridge competition, four instructors will be assigned to conduct confrontation training with them to quickly improve their actual combat ability. I wish them excellent performance in the national middle school student bridge competition held in Wuhan in August. Results.
At the time of the closure, the provincial bridge association awarded honorary certificates and prizes to the 12 campers who won the first summer camp bridge competition.
