V. Teams
Tangshan City, Qinhuangdao City and Binhai New Area each selected 4 teams to participate in the competition. Each city reported a total of 1 team leader, each team can report 1 team member and 4-6 team members.
Sixth, the competition method
Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" and its supplementary regulations (2016) approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013, the referee is responsible for the interpretation and implementation of the rules.
(1) The open team competition adopts a single round robin system, which does not meet the city team. The game has 8 rounds, 12 decks per round, and takes 90 minutes to determine the ranking according to the cumulative VP.
(2) The Intercity Championships will not be contested separately, and the winners will be determined according to the sum of the scores of the teams in the same city. Win a score of 2 points, level 1 product, and a field share of 0 points, if the field is the same as the sum of the sum and then compare the sum of VP.
Seven, incentives
1. Winning prize: The winning city of the city championship won a trophy of 4,000 yuan, the second place was 2,400 yuan, and the third place was 2,000 yuan.
2, ranking award: the top three in the public team competition, the awards of 2000 yuan, 1,500 yuan, 1,000 yuan.
3. Winning prize: Each team wins 200 yuan for the winning team. If the draw is 100 yuan, the difference between the VP and the winning and losing is normal, but the bonus is equally divided.
