In order to further activate the bridge culture in Haidian District, strengthen the communication between the various event sites, and facilitate the bridge lovers in Haidian District to participate in the bridge activities. The Haidian District Bridge Association plans to hold the Haidian District Grassroots Bridge Activity Station Invitational Tournament on December 1, 2018. Eligibility for participating in the event: 1. There is a fixed event location. 2. There are fixed activities personnel. 3. There is a fixed activity time. 4. There are event convener and contact information.
First, the game time: December 1, 2018, 9:00-17:30.
Second, the venue: know the good music bridge club
Third, the competition project: Swiss team competition
Fourth, the participation method
(1) Limited to 12 teams.
(2) Each team can report 4-6 athletes.
V. Competition methods
The competition adopted the China Bridge Competition Rules and the Supplementary Provisions of the China Bridge Competition Rules (2017) approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
1. Adopt the integral arrangement system (Switzerland shift game). A total of five rounds of competition, playing 10 decks per round, each round is limited to 80 minutes. Two rounds in the morning and three rounds in the afternoon. Ranked according to the total score VP. Adopted the 20:0VP system promulgated by the World Bridge in 2013.
2. The competition is presided over by the referee.
3, each pair of players with a contract card 1 type 2 copies were brought to the table at the time of the game.
4. The game must not use the yellow bidding system. Do not use brown conventions. (Please refer to the "China Bridge Competition Rules")
Sixth, incentives
The top three teams awarded trophies and prizes, and the top four players reported the master points.
Seven, the game is not allowed to use the brown agreement called, highly unconventional bidding (HUM) and psychological bidding.
8. There is no arbitration committee in this competition. When there is a dispute over the judgment of the referee, the referee will perform the reconsideration procedure after fully consulting and listening to the relevant opinions, and make a final decision.
