I. Time and place: November 24th to 25th, 2018, held at the Guangxi Science and Technology Center.

Fourth, the qualifications of the participating players:
Anyone who works in Guangxi can form a team to participate in the competition. Each team consists of 4 to 6 players. The team will register with the name of the unit or the city and industry. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each team to ensure the relative stability of the team, the team that participated in the first team of the championship, No more than 2 players can be replaced. If you need to be seconded to the outside of the district, you must get approval from the Guangxi Bridge Association and only one person can participate.
V. Registration for the competition
Each team can report to the team and coach 1 person, 6 athletes (due to the bonus deduction, each team must report 7 players with coaches) less than 7 people pay the excess tax.

In this competition, the first team will use a single round robin, and the second team will be based on the number of teams.
Eight, competition method
1. Carry out the principle of “brand style, technical precision and speed”, and it is strictly forbidden.
2. The competition implemented the 2013 China Bridge Competition Rules and the China Bridge Association Duplicate Bridge Competition Competition Law.
3. Each pair of cards is accompanied by a two-part agreement card, one for the referee group and one for the table.
4. Each participating team participates in the official competition and cannot abstain from reason. If you withdraw from the competition, the rankings, bonuses and qualifications for the second year will be cancelled.
Nine, funding
Each team is self-funded, and each team is required to pay a registration fee of 400 yuan.
X. Competition awards
1. The top eight of the first-class team awards, and the second-level team rewards one-third of the number of teams (up to the top six).
2. The top 3 teams of the first-class team will be awarded trophies and prizes, and the remaining rankings (including the second-class team) will be awarded bonuses and certificates.
3. All participants must attend the closing ceremony to receive trophies, certificates and bonuses (all members must be present and cannot be accepted on behalf of the team, otherwise the organizing committee will cancel their rankings and awards and winning prizes. If the ranking is cancelled on the spot, the ranking Will be replaced by the subsequent team.
4. In order to encourage athletes to strive for the upper reaches, every game is played. Any team that does not win the ranking award has a winning prize. The first-class team wins 100 yuan for each win, and the second-class team wins 50 yuan for each win.
XI. According to the rules of the competition competition, the team that won the top nine of the first class and the top three of the second team are the first-class team this year, and the rest are the second-class team. After the first grade of this year's championship, the top three will be reduced to the second grade, and the top three of the second grade will be upgraded to the second grade.
Twelve, registration and competition time
1. Please report the team name to the Guangxi Bridge Association before November 13th, and do not report it as a waiver after the deadline.
2. The competition started the first round at 8:30 am on November 24.

15. The competition does not have an arbitration committee. When there is a dispute over the judgment of the referee, the referee will perform the relevant procedures and make a final ruling after fully consulting and listening to the relevant opinions.
