V. Entry methods:
(1) People who are healthy in Beijing or Chinese citizens living and working in Beijing can participate in the competition.
(2) All teams participate in the competition by street or community.
(3) Allow teams to form teams across streets or communities, but no more than three streets or communities.
(4) Each team is limited to 4-6 athletes in the team competition, and each pair is limited to 2 players.
Sixth, the game method:
(1) Open team competition: the competition is divided into two stages
1. The first stage: the use of points programming, 6 rounds of competition, 8 cards per round, ranked by VP. The sponsors of the Century Changda team and the first stage 1-15 teams entered the second stage knockout. The 16th and subsequent teams in the first stage entered the second stage of the additional points arrangement.
2. The second stage: divided into knockout and additional points programming
(1) Elimination: 16 teams will automatically cancel the position.
1/8 Final: Conduct 16 decks of matches and decide the outcome by IMP. The winning team entered the quarter-finals and the team entered the additional points choreography.
Quarterfinal: Conduct 16 decks of matches and decide the outcome by IMP. The winning team entered the semi-final and the team entered the additional points choreography.
Semi-final: In two sessions, 24 decks will be played and the winner will be determined by IMP. The winning team entered the finals and the team entered the third or fourth play-offs.
Finals and three or four play-offs: In two sessions, 24 decks will be played, with the decision of the winner.
(2) Additional points orchestration: In the first stage, the 16th and subsequent teams and the first two rounds of the elimination round will enter the additional points arrangement. A total of 4 rounds of competition, 12 decks per round. Accumulated VP in the additional points and 25% of the VPs in each team in the first stage.
(2) Open doubles: two stages of preliminaries and finals
Preliminaries: Using the grouped Mitchell shift, the audience is ranked by scoring rate. Finals are subject to registration status. Players who have not entered the finals will be given an IMP doubles match. The specific game method will depend on the registration status.

Seven, competition registration: online registration
(1) Registration time: Registration will begin on November 12, and the deadline for registration will be December 5th, limited to 60 teams.
(2) All the projects are registered online. Please pay the registration fee at the same time. If the registration fee is not paid until the registration deadline, the registration will be invalid.
