"Qiantang Cup" 2018 National Bridge Open Competition Regulations


First, the date and place of the competition


Held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province from December 20 to 23, 2018.

Fourth, the entry method


(1) The athletes participating in the competition must be non-arrival individual members of the China Bridge Association.


(2) Adopting the method of public registration in the topic of China Bridge Network Games, athletes who have not transmitted personal photos on China Bridge Network must complete the uploading at the time of registration, and use it for the production of the participating documents. Please refer to China for the specific photo requirements and uploading methods. The "China Bridge Association's Notice on Member Photo Collection" published by Bridge Network, the competition is limited to 80 teams participating in the competition, subject to registration and payment.


(3) Each team can report to the team, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.


(4) Each team participates in the competition and is responsible for its own expenses.


V. Competition method


(1) The competition is divided into two stages


Phase 1: Qualifying


Using the integral programming, a total of 11 rounds, 8 decks per round, ranked by the cumulative VP points. The top 16 players entered the knockout round, and the 17th and subsequent teams entered the additional points choreography.


Second stage: divided into two parts


Elimination


The 1st-16th team in the first stage qualifying will automatically enter the upper and lower half.


One-eighth finals: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into two sections, with two cumulative IMPs to determine the outcome, the winning team enters the quarter-finals, and the negative team enters the additional points choreographer.


Quarterfinal: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into two sections, with two cumulative IMPs to determine the outcome, the winning team enters the semi-finals, and the negative team enters the additional points choreographer.


Semi-final: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into two sections, with two cumulative IMPs to determine the outcome, the winning team enters the finals, and the negative team enters three or four play-offs.


Finals and three or four play-offs: 36 decks of matches, divided into three sections, with three cumulative IMPs to determine the outcome.


2. Additional points programming


In the first stage of qualifying, the 17th and subsequent teams entered the additional points arrangement, divided into several groups according to the first stage qualifying results of the team, and 7 rounds of matches, 12 decks per round. In the additional points, the cumulative VP plus 25% of the accumulated VP of each team in the first stage qualifying, respectively, the final ranking of each group.


(2) Players participating in the competition must carry 2 copies of the agreed card to the table.


6. Admissions and awards


(1) Total bonus of 300,000 yuan (before tax)


Guanjun: 80,000 yuan, runner-up: 40,000 yuan


Ji Jun: 30000 yuan fourth place: 20,000 yuan


The bonus points for the additional points are determined based on the registration group.


(2) The members of the China Bridge Association who have obtained the rankings shall be awarded the Masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association".
