On May 10th, the Beijing Primary and Secondary School Bridge Team Competition Primary School Competition was held at the Beijing Bridge Friendship Bridge Activity Center. Today's primary school group has nearly 26 schools and 39 primary school teams participating in the event. The 9 o'clock game begins on time. The competition system adopts the Swiss shift system, which has a total of five rounds, playing 8 decks per round and using the 20-point VP score.
Some of the primary school students this year have participated in the elementary school team competitions and doubles competitions of the past year. After one year of practice, the level of practice has been significantly improved compared to last year, such as the students of several traditional schools in Haidian District and Xicheng District. Among the contestants, there are also a group of new students who have learned less than one year and participate in the competition with a learning and exercise attitude. In particular, more than ten schools in Fengtai District have just selected the competitions in April, and most of them are students who have learned to play bridges for less than half a year. The team of Gaosi School won the championship with 81VP. Although the team of Zhilele School won the game in five games and defeated the champion team in the third round, it still finished second with a gap of 2.16VP. Gaosi School 2 team won the third place. The 4th to 8th places are: 8th Team of 8th Quality, 2 Teams of Yucai School, 1 Team of Yucai School, 1 Team of Beijing Mathematical School, and 1st Team of Tsinghua Middle School.
The group score is calculated by the sum of the scores of the two teams in each school, reflecting the overall level of the school. The final ranking is: the first Gaosi School, the second known Zhile School, and the third place is the eighth class. The fourth to eighth schools are, in order, Yucai School, Beijing Mathematical School, Fang Guyuan Primary School, Xiaoliu Class of Wuzhong Branch, and Tsinghua Middle School.
