First, the organizer
1. Organizer: Nanchong City People's Government.
2. Organizers: Nanchong City Culture, Radio, Film and Television Sports Bureau, Nanchong City Seniors Sports Association,
Nanchong City Bridge Association.
3. Co-organizer: Nanchong City Seniors Bridge Association
Second, exchange programs: 1, team competition, 2, doubles.
Third, the exchange time: May 22-24, 2014.
4. Exchange Location: Nanchong City Bridge Activity Center (right side of Zhengshan Gate of Xishan Sports Ground).
V. Participating units
Shunqing District, Gaoping District, Jialing District, Langzhong City, Yilong County, Yingshan County, Peng'an County, Xichong County, Southern County, municipal authorities, university associations, and China National Petroleum Corporation.
VI. Participation method
1. Each team is limited to 1 team in the team competition. Each team can report 4 to 6 players, 1 team leader and 1 coach.
2, participate in the exchange of personnel, gender is not limited, male 55-75 years old, female 50-70 years old.
3, participate in the exchange team members should be healthy. Each participating unit shall be responsible for the safety and health of its communication team members.
4. Each team must present a personal accident insurance certificate (including during the competition and on the way to and from the journey) at the time of registration. The team is responsible for the temporary illness.
Seven, communication methods
1. Team competition: 9 rounds of points programming, 12 decks per round.
2. Doubles: Perform a 1 Mitchell shift, and each team will be limited to 2 players.
3. Execute the 2013 edition of the “China Bridge Competition Rules” approved by the China Bridge Association. The team competition is based on the 20:0 system VP.
Eight, rankings and rewards
1. The top six of the exchanges will be rewarded;
2. Selected sports morality award. 6 collective prizes. The individual award is 1 for each team and 1 for the referee.
Nine, registration, registration
1. Registration: All units will submit the registration form to the Secretariat of the Municipal Youth Association before May 15th.
2. Registration: All units will report to the Nanchong Bridge Activity Center (right side of the main gate of Xishan Sports Center) from 9:00-10:00 on May 22nd.

10. The competition shall be set up by the Arbitration Commission, and the members of the Zhongzheng Committee shall be selected by the Municipal Youth Association.
11. The referee is appointed by the organizing committee. The rest of the staff were selected by the Municipal Youth Association.
Twelve, funding
The cost of each unit is self-care. The conference will arrange accommodation and food, and 140 yuan per person per day.
