        First, the time and place of the competition:


        It will be held in Chongqing Chess House from May 22nd to 25th, 2014.


        Second, host and undertake


        (1) Organizers: Chongqing Chess Card Sports Management Center and Chongqing Bridge Association.


        (II) Undertaker: Chongqing Chess Institute.


        Third, the competition project: lifting class team competition.


        Fourth, the participating units


        (1) First-class team (in two groups)


        Group A: Jinjian Club, Pakistan Club, Yili Group, Neijiang Team, Medical Design Institute, Three Gorges Medical College, Xingsheng 1 Team, Banan Bridge Association Second Team.


        Group B: Huazhi Liquor, Neijiang Second Team, Wanzhou Bridge Association, Happy Living Bridge Mine, Flagship Team, Land and Housing Management Bureau, Southwest Aluminum, Chongqing Tiens Team.


        (2) Group B: Other teams. Any bridge enthusiasts can freely form a team to participate in the competition, regardless of the region and qualifications.


        V. Participation method


        (1) Each team can report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach). Each pair of players must prepare 2 copies of the "Contract Card". Athletes participating in the 2013 Chongqing Grade A Competition cannot participate in this year's second-level competition. If they are found during the competition, the results will be void.


        (2) The participating teams shall pay for their own expenses, and the accommodation and accommodation shall be resolved by themselves. The food subsidy standard is reimbursed according to the municipal competition for 100 yuan per person per day.


        Sixth, the competition method


        (1) The first-class team is divided into two phases.


        1. In the first stage, sub-groups A and B (each group/team number is determined according to the fourth paragraph (1) of this regulation), each performing 7 rounds of single round robin, 14 decks per round and 4 rounds per day.


        The 8th place in the group match was eliminated and dropped into the B group (15th and 16th in this competition). The 5th team automatically relegated (9th and 10th in this competition).


        2. The second stage: the first, second, third, and third names of the A/B group are selected in the second, third, and fourth places of the B/A group against the opponent (the order of the two groups A and B is A and B). The first place in the group is determined by the average VP, the highest is preferred, and the 1-1 is eliminated.


        The 4 wins of the 1-1 knockout team entered the semi-finals. The semi-finals were held in a pre-scheduled manner. The winning teams entered the finals and the negative teams entered the 3 or 4 play-offs.


        The 4th team of the 1-1 knockout entered the 2-1 knockout, and the 2-1 knockout was conducted in a pre-scheduled manner. The 2-1 two-win team won the 5th and 6th places in the competition, and the two teams won the 7th and 8th places in the competition. 5, 6/7, 8 rankings are determined according to the average VP of the preliminaries, and the highest is listed.


        The 6th place in the A/B group entered the 1-2 knockout. The 7th place in the A/B group entered the 1-3 knockout.


        1-2 knockout: Winning team relegation (11th in this competition), the negative team entered the 2-2 knockout.


        1-3 Elimination: The winning team enters the 2-2 knockout, the negative team is eliminated, and the second team is dropped (the 14th in this competition).


        2-2 Elimination: Winning team relegation (12th in this competition). The negative team was eliminated and dropped into the second team (13th in this competition).


        1-1 elimination, 1-2 elimination, 1-3 elimination, 2-1 elimination, 2-1 elimination, semi-final, finals, 28 games per game, divided into 2 sessions. 14 pairs of 3/4 play-offs, 1 game.


        (2) Group B: Conduct 10 rounds of qualifying. 14 decks per round.


        (3) Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013, according to the WBF 20VP system, VP.


        (4) The athlete must carry the agreement card used by him when he plays in the game.


        Seven, rankings and rewards


        (1) The first six members of the first-level group take the cash prize;


        (2) The competitions of all levels are awarded to the Masters of China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Standards for Members of China Bridge Association".


        (3) The 13th to 16th grades of the first grade group are lowered into the second grade group, and the first to fourth grades of the second grade group are promoted to the first grade group.


        Eight, registration and registration


        (1) Registration


        1. All units must register with the Chongqing Chess Competition Training Division before May 16th.

       (3) Registration


        1. The first-class team will report to the Chongqing Chess Training Division before 16:30 on May 22.


        2. The second-class team will report to the Chongqing Chess Academy Training Division before 18:00 on May 23.


        9. The referee, the record leader and the license supervisor of the competition shall be selected by the Chongqing Bridge Association.


        10. The competition shall be set up by the Arbitration Commission, and the members of the Zhongzheng Committee shall be selected by the Chongqing Bridge Association.


        Eleven, other


        (1) Leaders' meeting (competition work meeting).


        1. The leader of the first-class team will be held at 16:30 on May 22, at the meeting room on the fifth floor of Chongqing Chess House. Each team must be attended by a team leader or coach.


        2. The second team will not open the team meeting.


        3. Each level A team must be led by a team leader or coach to participate in the team meeting (competition work meeting). Failure to participate in the team leader meeting (competition work meeting), deduct 2VP.


        (2) The team must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way to and from the competition) and present it at the time of registration, otherwise they may not participate in the competition.
