Fourth, the entry method


   (1) Each team must be a bridge club registered by the China Bridge Association in Sichuan Province; the participating athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.


   (2) Each team can report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach). Each pair of players in the A-level group shall prepare 3 copies of the "Contract Card", one of which shall be submitted to the referee for record before the competition; each pair of the B-level team shall prepare 2 copies of the "Contract Card".


   (3) Teams


1. Class A: Sichuan Coal Group, Sichuan Wanshixing, Ya'an Minhui, Leshan Xinlong, Wuhou West Zhigu, Guang'an Hongdu, Guang'an Yuechi Sanan, Chengdu Wuhou, Sichuan Renxin, Chengdu Iron Works.


2. Group B: Other teams that meet the requirements of this section (1). However, the venue limit, limit 30 teams, in order of receipt of the registration form, subject to the approval of the Provincial Bridge Association.


V. Competition method


    (1) Competition methods


    1. Class A: It is carried out in two stages.


The first stage: the round robin, a total of 9 rounds, 12 decks per round, ranked by VP points. 1-4 entered the semi-finals, the 5th relegation, 6-9 respectively entered the knockout 1-1 and 1-2, the 10th relegation.


Second stage: Divisional knockout


(1) Round 1 Elimination


Semi-final: In the first stage, 1-4 players will play 24 decks in two sessions. The first team has the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team entered the finals and the negative team entered 3 or 4 matches.


Elimination 1-1: The first stage of the 6th and 7th place will be played in 24 decks, divided into 2 sections. The winning team relegated and the negative team entered the knockout 2-1.


Elimination 1-2: The first stage of the 8th and 9th places will be played in 24 decks, divided into 2 sections. The winning team entered the knockout 2-1 and the team relegated.


(2) Round 2 Elimination


Final: 36 decks of matches, divided into 3 sessions.


3, 4 matches: Conduct 24 decks of matches, divided into 2 sessions.


    Elimination 2-1: The negative team of the elimination 1-1 and the winning team of the elimination 1-2 will carry out 24 deck games, which will be divided into 2 sections. The winning team relegated and the team relegated.


2. Group B: It is carried out in two stages.


The first stage: the score programming, a total of 10 rounds, 5 rounds per day, 10 decks per round, ranking by VP points, the first place to upgrade, the second to the second stage.


The serial numbers of each team are ranked according to the cumulative scores of the masters. The masters are divided into four athletes with the highest scores in each team. The deadline for the calculation of the masters is May 16th. There is no team with masters in the team. Randomly draw the number.


The first round of the arrangement is carried out in a U-shaped match mode, and the subsequent game layout is arranged in a high-to-high, low-low, low-low format.


The second stage: the divisional knockout.


(1) Round 1 Elimination


Elimination 1-1: The 2nd to 5th in the first stage will be played in 24 decks, divided into 2 sessions. The 2nd team has the right to choose opponents in the 4th and 5th teams. The winning team upgraded and the negative team entered the knockout 2-1.


Elimination 1-2: The 6th to 9th in the first stage will be played in 24 decks, divided into 2 sessions. The 6th team has the right to choose opponents in the 8th and 9th teams. The winning team entered the knockout 2-1.


(2) Round 2 Elimination


Elimination 2-1: 2 negative teams in the Elimination 1-1 and 2 winning teams in the Elimination 1-2 will play 24 deck games, divided into 2 sessions. The team with the first place in the first stage of the four teams has the right to choose the opponent in the third and fourth teams. Winning team upgrade.


(2) Adopting the “China Bridge Competition Rules” approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013, the VP score is based on the WBF 20VP system.


(3) Athletes must bring their own agreement cards when they play.


Sixth, rankings and rewards


(1) The first grade of the first grade group is admitted and given a cash reward.


(2) All levels of competitions are awarded to the Masters of China Bridge Association according to the "China Bridge Association Member Technical Level Standards".


(3) The 8th-10th grade of the Grade A group is lowered into the B grade group, and the 1-5th grade of the B grade group is promoted to the Grade A group.


Seven, registration and registration


(1) Registration


1. All units must report the list and electronic documents to the Sichuan Bridge Association before May 20, and overdue the theory of abstention.


2, registration fee: 600 yuan / each team, paid at the time of registration.


3. Change list: Within 7 days after the registration deadline, each team can submit a list of changes to the Sichuan Bridge Association in writing (including changing the team name, adding, reducing, changing athletes, correcting registration errors, etc.).

(3) Registration: On May 29th, the participating teams will report to the competition area before 18:00 on May 30th.


Eight, each participating team will be responsible for their own expenses.


9. The referee, the record leader, the license supervisor, and the information technology supervisor shall be selected by the Provincial Bridge Association. The rest of the staff is selected by the competition area.


10. The competition shall be set up by the Arbitration Commission, and the members of the Zhongzheng Committee shall be selected by the Provincial Bridge Association.


Eleven, other


(1) The team leader will be held at 8:15 on May 31. Each team must be attended by a team leader or coach. They are not allowed to bring a meeting.


(2) The right to interpret this regulation belongs to the Sichuan Bridge Association.
