Barry Harper of Regina SK died Friday, Feb. 14. An ACBL Grand Life Master with more than 20,000 masterpoints, Harper won the Silodor Open Pairs in 1990 and was number two on the list of top Canadian masterpoint holders.
Harper was the vice chairman of the ACBL Board of Governors and served on the competition and convention committee.
