The Changsha Bridge Association decided to hold the 2014 Spring Summer IMP Doubles Tournament in Changsha City on April 20, 2014 at 1:15 pm, and publicly selected the members of the 2014 Changsha City Team.
2014 Changsha Spring EXP Doubles

The Changsha Bridge Association decided to hold the 2014 Spring Summer IMP Doubles Tournament in Changsha City on April 20, 2014 at 1:15 pm, and publicly selected the members of the 2014 Changsha City Team. The specific matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Competition time: 1:15 pm on April 20, 2014
Second, the venue: Bridge Edge Club
Third, the system: divided into two parts of the preliminary and final.
Preliminaries: Use the Mitchell shift method for doubles, depending on the registration status. The top five in each direction entered the finals.
Final: The Howell's Displacement Doubles, double scoring.
Fourth, the admission of the rankings: according to the final results from the high to the low to take the first to ten. The top four won the qualification of the Changsha City Team to participate in the Four Cities Friendship Tournament and qualified for the finals of the Changsha-Guangzhou Friendship Competition. If one of the qualified players is unable to participate in the competition, the latter position (a pair of partners) will be replaced in turn.
