The European Bridge League has announced a further change to the rankings for the Open competition in the 2014 European Team Championships. England was previously promoted to second, and Monaco and Poland have since declined the medals which they were originally re-assigned. The gold and bronze medal positions will therefore be vacant, with Monaco and England sharing silver.
