Fourth, participating units
1. Class A: 12 teams. If there is any inability to participate, the organizing committee will coordinate the processing. List of first-class teams; Bridge Team, Qiaoyou First Team, Xigong University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Xi'an Branch, Qiaoyou Second Team, Shaanxi Electric Design Institute, Provincial Women's Team, Hang Siyuan, Xi'an Industrial and Commercial Bank, Composite Materials Team 1, Composite Materials 2 Team, Northwest Electric Construction.
2. Invite four teams from outside Xi'an to participate.
V. Competition method
The preliminaries take a single-cycle system with 8 decks per round. Take the top eight in the accumulation (if the provincial women's team does not enter the top eight, take the top seven to ensure that the provincial women's team enters the final)

6. Penalties and arbitration
The competition was handled by the China Bridge Competition Regulations and the Judgment Law approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.

If problems are found during the match, the teams have the right to appeal to the Arbitration Commission for the penalty of the duty referee. The appeal must be made in writing within 20 minutes after the end of the game, and the application fee of 100 yuan will be paid. The appeal will win and the fee will be refunded.
Seven, incentives
The first place is 4,000 yuan; the second is 2,000 yuan; the third is 1,600 yuan; the fourth, fifth and sixth are 800 yuan.

The registration fee for each team is 200 yuan. Travel expenses, subsidies, and accommodation are self-care during the competition.
