The relevant matters concerning the registration of national bridge athletes in 2019 are hereby notified. All relevant units are required to go through the registration procedures for the corresponding athletes in time to ensure their qualifications.


First, the registration method


In 2019, the registration of national bridge athletes was carried out through the China Bridge Network Athlete Registration System. After completing the electronic registration, all units must submit a paper registration document for confirmation. The registration information in which the electronic registration information and the paper confirmation information are inconsistent is deemed invalid registration.


Second, athletes' qualifications


(1) Participating in the association sequence event


1. The qualifications of athletes from all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities participating in the National Intelligence Games Bridge Competition, the National Bridge Team Competition, and the National Youth Bridge Group shall be subject to the annual registered representative unit. If the annual registration is not carried out, only the representative's household registration location is allowed to participate in the competition during the year.


2. Athletes of the industry associations must participate in the National Intelligence Games Bridge Competition and the National Bridge Team Competition. The annual registration is subject to the annual registration.


(2) Participating in the club sequence event


1. Athletes participating in the Class A club league must register for the year. Each club is allowed to register no more than 2 athletes during the year. The athletes who are registered for the competition are limited to athletes who have not registered in the club sequence this year, and must complete the supplementary registration procedures before the deadline for registration.


2. Athletes who participate in the National Bridge Club Championship and the National Bridge Club Women's League, if they register for the annual club, should participate in the registration of their clubs. If you are participating in a non-registered club, you must do so if the registration unit allows it. Among them, Class A club registered full-time players on behalf of other clubs to participate in the National Bridge Club Championship must be allowed in the case of more than 4 registered full-time players participating in the club.


(3) Young athletes under the age of 25 (born after January 1, 1994) are allowed to participate in the Association's serial events on behalf of other units with the consent of the registration unit.


(4) If the competition rules have corresponding requirements for registration, the qualifications of the athletes as stipulated in the competition rules shall prevail.


3. The athlete who is registered must be an individual member of the China Bridge Association and the membership is valid (the membership number is activated and not owed). Registration should be conducted in a voluntary, open, legal, and orderly manner. Athletes and registered organizations should jointly ensure the authenticity and integrity of the athlete registration information.


4. Athletes who are still in the validity period of the representative qualification agreement, if they continue to register on behalf of the original unit, the registration unit shall confirm the registration in 2019; if they represent other units, the exchange unit shall handle the exchange procedures for the athletes.


V. Relevant provisions on the priority of athlete registration


(1) For the athletes who have expired on behalf of the qualification agreement, the original registered unit has the priority of registration. During the registration priority period, if the original registration unit requires it, the athlete can only sign a representative qualification agreement with him.


(2) The first annual registration period after the expiration of the athlete's agreement, if the original registered unit is willing to continue to use the athlete, but fails to sign the representative qualification agreement, it must submit the registration priority to the China Bridge Association during the registration period. report. Otherwise, the registration priority is terminated from the date of the registration period. During the exercise of the registration priority, the athlete shall not participate in the sequence of events on behalf of other units in the same sequence as the original registration unit.


(3) The registration priority period is full (including early termination). If the original registration unit fails to re-sign the representative qualification agreement with the athlete, the athlete may choose the registration unit independently.


6. The annual registration period for bridge athletes in 2019 is from December 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019. The registration of athletes participating in the 2019 National Youth Competition must be completed by January 10, 2019.


7. During the annual registration period, the registration results of each unit will be publicized in real time. After the registration period, China Bridge Association will publicize the 2019 annual registration list on China Bridge Network. The publicity period is 5 working days, and the registration error is allowed to be changed during the public notice period. The registration list may not be changed after the publicity period ends. Except for Class A clubs, other units no longer carry out supplementary registration.


8. The information required for the registration of the National Bridge Athletes to the China Bridge Association in 2019 includes:


(1) Athletes who are registered and re-registered for the first time


1. One copy of each of the household registration book and ID card;


2. One copy of the national bridge athlete representative qualification agreement in the unified format of China Bridge Association (1 photo of 2 inch exemption certificate), the "rights and obligations of both parties", "default liability and dispute resolution" part of the agreement must be Complete it, otherwise the agreement will be invalid. The agreement shall also be reserved for each of the registered units and individual athletes. If the agreement between the two parties is inconsistent, the contents of the agreement submitted to the China Bridge Association shall prevail;


3. The “Completion List of Bridge Players Registration for 2019” (one copy of electronic version and one paper document).


(2) Athletes confirmed by registration


The unit's "2019 Bridge Player Registration Summary List" (one copy of the electronic version and the paper file, only fill in the name, gender, membership number and ID number information of the athletes to be confirmed).


(3) Athletes who communicate


1. Exchange 1 to the bridge athlete exchange agreement of the unit, and the other 4 remaining athletes and related registration units;


2. The “Summary of the exchange of bridge athletes in 2019” (one copy of the electronic version and one paper document).


(4) The registered unit is willing to continue to use it, but fails to sign the athlete representing the qualification agreement: the original registration unit submitted the “Bridge Athlete Registration Priority Report”.


(5) The registration of imported foreign athletes shall be provided in accordance with the relevant provisions of the China Bridge Association.
