First, the date and place of the competition
From April 22 to April 25, 2014, it was held in Wanzhou Hotel, Wanzhou District, Chongqing.

Third, the competition project
Team, doubles, celebrity doubles
4. Qualifications and units
(1) The gender of the participating athletes is not limited. The birth time must be: 1954 years ago (male) and 1959 years ago (female). Each team is allowed to have a male player born before 1959 to participate in the competition.
(2) The participating players are in good health. Each participating unit shall be responsible for the safety and health of its competitors.
(3) Each team must present a personal accident insurance certificate (including during the competition and on the way to and from the journey) at the time of registration. The team is responsible for the temporary illness.
(4) Each team shall be limited to one team leader or coach, and 4-6 athletes shall be accompanied by a copy of the ID card.
(5) Each pair of players must prepare 2 copies of the "Contract Card".
(6) The scale of the competition is controlled within 42 teams. Each province (autonomous region and municipality) does not exceed 7 teams in principle. In addition, 2-3 detachments from Hubei and other provinces are invited to participate. The host Wanzhou District organizes four detachments.
V. Competition methods and rewards
1. Team competition methods:
The first stage is the preliminaries. First, 9 rounds of Swiss shifting competitions will be held. Each round will be 12 decks. The first 8 players will enter the knockout round. The first place can choose the opponent to enter the top half of the playoffs in the 6-8, the second and third choose the opponent to enter the lower half. The fourth enters the upper half. The second stage is the knockout round. The three rounds of the knockout round are 24 pairs, and 1-8 points are decided in 2 sessions.
The team that failed to enter the knockout stage took 60% of the preliminaries and then carried out 6 additional Swiss shifts with 12 decks per round.
2. Doubles competition method:
At the time of registration, the list will be received and submitted to the referee team within one day after the start of the team competition. The organizing committee will balance the provinces, cities and divisions according to the age structure to arrange the four groups.
3. On the evening of April 23rd, the five-nation (district, city) celebrity bridge doubles competition will be held. Each province (autonomous region, city) will arrange two pairs of players including leaders and association leaders. The host will send three pairs of players to control 10-12 tables.
4. Reward: The top 8 will be awarded 3000, 2500, 2000, 1800, 1600, 1400, 1200, 1000 yuan respectively, and the top 6 in the Swiss shift will be awarded 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 500, 400 yuan respectively. . The parties in each group of the doubles will be awarded 200, 150 and 100 yuan respectively to the top 3. The celebrity doubles parties will give 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 yuan rewards to the top 5 respectively.
5. The game adopts the "Bridge Competition Rules" and scores according to the 20:0 (VP) system.
Six, the referee
1. The director of arbitration is served by Xia Yiping, a national referee.
2. The referee is served by Ni Chuanyou (national level) and Chen Zongxuan (Sichuan Nanchong National Level).
3. The referees 4-6 are assigned by the Wanzhou District Bridge Association.
Seven, the entry method:
1. Registration fee: The registration fee is 300 yuan/team. When you register, you will pay 6 people, and the super-editor will charge 50 yuan each.
