First, the implementation of the "China Bridge Competition Rules" 2013 edition and the "Chinese Bridge Association Duplicate Treaty Bridge Judging Act."
Second, the game method:
1. Each round of A and B races is 9 rounds, 12 decks per round, and scored by 20:0 VP.
2. After 5 rounds in Zone A and Zone B, the lift system will be implemented, that is, 13-20 people in Zone A will drop into Zone B, 1-8 in Zone B will be promoted into Zone A, and teams in Zone A after the fifth round will be the second. Year will participate in the competition in Area A. If there is a vacancy in the A-zone team in the next year, the team in the B-zone will be added.

When there are more than two teams in the unit, they will not meet in principle. If there is a round of empty teams, according to the 12VP score, the first round of the B team's largest team is empty.
Fourth, the table program:
1. All players must have a contract card for the game. The South player is responsible for the scoring. After each round, the winning team (the same time by the home team at the same time) will be the first time (two in total). After the end of the round of competition, the record station will be handed over within 10 minutes. If the team fails to pay the timeout, the responsible party will score according to 0VP, and the non-responsible party will score according to the actual result. The score sheet must not be changed at will.
2. It is not allowed to use psychological calls. It is not allowed to use the highly-used (HUM) bidding system and the brown contract. Naturally, if there is a single or missing door (except for single sheets A, K, and Q), it must be filled in. Card, and inform the other party before the game, all the appointments must remind the other party, the use of secret agreements is strictly prohibited.
3. Implement the provisions of Articles 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the Judicial Law.
5. Awards:
The top 6 rewards in Zone A and the top 4 in Zone B. The winners of the competition will be awarded the prize of 30 yuan per game. The team that won the prize will no longer win the “Winning Award”. The "Winning Award" will not be accepted, otherwise it will be regarded as a waiver.
6. The Arbitration Commission shall be set up in this competition to accept complaints.
All appeals must be submitted to the referee within 30 minutes after the end of the competition, and a written appeal will be submitted within one hour after the end of the round, and a 200 yuan appeal fee will be paid. If the appeal is successful, the appeal fee will be refunded. Not refundable.
7. The right to interpret this supplementary provision belongs to the organizer. Matters not notice.
